i would like to just make it as clear as possible that this work is not at all representative of the show and is purely fanfiction.
that being said, blaine in the tv show is gay, and i do not wish for this to take away any of that representation.
when writing this fanfiction, i was inspired by a friend who themselves had come out as gay, only to fall in love with someone and realise that to them, gender really didn't matter, and to realise themselves as being pansexual.
many have really related to this narrative, so i hope in a sense this can provide some new representation, especially considering the lack/poor quality of bisexual and pansexual people within glee. (britt being the only openly bisexual character and being represented in the first few seasons as a sl*t who would sleep with anyone and wanted to make out with everyone in the school).
this fanfic is a very wholesome, positive thing and if you personally have a problem with this narrative, then i suggest you don't keep reading. however since you are here, i'm sure you won't.
