"We don't talk now"
Such a norm phase....for me these days, Life is so much different without your presence Isn't that the way you feel too?
Wish you would but you're happy there,
Don't say no cuz I can see it on your face!
You look different, you feel different with 'em....
Unlike me;
How could you not know?
That you were the most quintessential part of my soul;
Every night, I face this turmoil of emotions:
Every night, there's a battle between what my mind knows and what my heart wants,
But they always settle at a truce
That my mind must act and my heart should hide..
Hide all my pain; Hide all my miseries; Hide all your
memories,
In the murk which lies within me...since the day
YOU LEFT;
So bright and early on each blooming day,
I follow my mind which says:
Put on a happy face;
Smile and shine again;
You've gotta keep up with this world's pace:
Don't show them how you feel!
Don't let them have the key to your heart!
For if they did...they would snare it up;
Without any hesitation they would tear it apart;
And you'll be left with the pieces of your fragile heart...
And this time maybe you won't be able to mend it
So it's better to conceal it :
FOREVER.
