Set in New York, Aina, a young lady who was kidnapped by Baron Draxum and was forced to train brutally for months, finally breaks free with the help of four mutant ninja turtles and an old friend.
Now together, they fight off malicious villains like...
All of a sudden April held Aina in a crushing hug. "I missed you so much! Where have you been?"
Aina returned the hug. "I know. I missed you too." She replied, comforting her friend.
April then jerked out of the hug and gave Aina a concerned angry look. "Where have you been?! Everybody was worried sick!"
"It's complicated." Aina said, not giving that much of answer.
"How complicated can it be?! You were gone for six months!! The police searched basically the entire city and after four months they called off the search!" April explained, leaving out the part where she got Donnie to use his cameras to look for her, but couldn't find the lost footage.
"Fine. I was kidnapped by mad scientist who figured out I was a mutant."
April's eyes widened. "You're a mutant?!" She exclaimed.
Aina then looked down to her feet and pressed her Kusarigama, and she turned into an emerald green softshell turtle. She had scars roaming all the way down her body and some that were nasty and white, and some that were healed. She had black wrappings covering most her legs and her most of her arms.

"Wow!" The boys muttered, but Donnie seemed to be more excited to see her true form than the others.
"Wait? So why did you say you disliked mutants?" Raph asked her.
"Well, after some events in my life, I hated the thing I was born as."
Mikey gave her a reassuring smile. "You don't have to be ashamed of who you are, look at me and my brothers! We love who we are."
Aina then sighed, sort of not convinced. "I guess."
Leo then walked up to her and gave her sly smile. "So, how'd you escaped cutie?" He asked, making his brothers and friend give him a dried look.
"Well, it's nice to meet you, ma cherie," Donnie bows, trying to be friendly.
Donnie bended down eye level to the thing. "Maybe it's some kind of nuclear St Bernard," He eyes the little vial.
They hear an angry scoff and turn around to see the two thugs that were after Aina and the mutant.
"Ooh! More humans!" Raph exclaims, the turtles hiding behind April. "Initiate plan H." They make their teeth buck-toothed, like nerds.
"Um, excuse me, sirs," Leo makes his voice nasally. "Can you direct us to the local science fiction convention that we are currently dressed for?"
"Snazzy turtle outfits, huh?" Mikey asks, touching something on his shell.
"We are just typical, normal humans who got lost in the middle of our normal, everyday human lives," Donnie says weirdly, pumping a fist. "Nailed it."
