We sat in our usual place with the twin's sitting across me; it felt like they were teaming up on me. I was munching away on my food; while the twin's were on their phones, disrespectful. They didn't get anything as they already had breakfast.

I don't know why I was entertaining them, but I knew that they were coming from a good place, though their curiosity would sometimes reach certain limits and then it just got annoying.

If I told him about everything that happened last night; they would definitely blow it out of proportion because the both of them were huge drama queens. The concern was appreciated, and I knew they were looking out for me, but they didn't have to know every detail about what I did with Greyson or any guy for that matter.

My track record with guys wasn't that good either, actually it was terrible. Jacob, being the worried friend, sat me down and asked me if everything was alright. He was concerned at my lack of interest in the great guys that I had turned down for no absolute reason.

According to him, all of them were my "type" of guys. Hell, I didn't even know I had a type. Humoring him, I asked him to elaborate which I immediately regretted since it resulted in an hour long explanation that hurt my brain.

My reasoning was quite simple, I wasn't ready to dip my toes in the dating pool yet, which wasn't exactly a lie. Once I was ready, he would be the first person that would know. Surprisingly, after that day Jacob never pestered me again. He was a very stubborn person, so I was very shocked when he agreed.

Once my plate was wiped clean, I ordered my chocolate chip ice-cream. You could never go wrong with chocolate chip ice-cream. They looked at me in disbelief, and I just shrugged in response. Jacob was itching to ask me what he wanted by the time I got my ice-cream. I was surprised he could hold out for so long.

"Okay, spit it out." I said as I savoured my ice-cream.

"Do you have a boyfriend?"

"What were doing at Greyson's apartment?" They asked simultaneously.

"What?" It was Jacob asking Caleb.

"After everything blew up and the both of you left me without a ride, I had to catch a ride with Greyson which it seems you forgot." I gave Caleb a pointed look. "The genius didn't check his fuel and left us stranded, luckily his apartment was not far from where we were. It also started raining, so he offered to let me crash at his place. That's all." I answered concisely.

"Did anything else happen?" Jacob asked wiggling his eyebrows at me. Typical.

"No, so shut the fuck up. He's arrogant as fuck, as most guys are." Jacob looked offended while Caleb had a small smirk on his on face.

The buzzing of a cell phone resounded. Caleb answered it; his gaze fell on me for a second before settling on the tree outside the window. He didn't say much and only answered when he needed to. The call didn't last long and soon after he texted someone.

"Who was that?" Jacob asked curiously.

"Greyson. He's coming here." He paused, "Are you fine with that?" He directed the question to me.

Was I fine with it? Of-fucking-course not, I wasn't fine with it. I did not want to see him nor those tantalizing grey eyes that captivated me and made my heart race. But I couldn't tell them that.

"Yeah, after all he did help me yesterday."

"Are you okay? You've been awfully quiet." Caleb, being the observant person that he was, questioned me.

"Oh, I'm good. I'm just enjoying my ice-cream." I answered lamely. I could do better than that.

I needed to get out of here. I could use my period as an excuse or maybe climb out of the window and run away.
