A/N: Short story from the novel a little mix of my own, don't worry! Before I forget, I have been busy with so many fucking homework that my teacher of history keeps me & my twin sister away from my updates that I still promise to you all. No worries, I will soon be done with this virtual classes in 2 months, so enjoy!

When I & the guys finished talking about the water ghoul and the runaway incident, Jiang Cheng along with Nie Hauisang waved at me & Wei Ying with a 'see-you-later' smile, once they left us alone, I turned to see that Wei Ying was already gone to a nearby tree, walking in the middle of the courtyard by catching two different colored bunnies: "One black & One white, I continue which caught his attention: "It mostly looks like Yin & Yang." I told him as he chuckled, patting the bunnies small adorable heads making his lips curve into a smirk; Since I had already noticed this, sighing at him and spoke: "Wei Ying, what are you planning on this time?" I asked a bit worried, "I'm getting something for Lan Zhan since you said that these bunnies are like Yin and Yang, I thought if I give this to him we will be his friend." He cheerfully responded with a smile, "Yeah, that's what I'm worried about." I mumbled. As Wei Ying began putting the bunnies inside his robes by climbing up a tree, as it leads me to follow him up the branches. We both spotted Lan Zhan writing peacefully in his desk. 

Climbing onto the balcony, until his peace was broken: "Lan Zhan, We're back! Wei Ying exclaims cheerfully and continues, "How have you been without us writing scriptures with you? You miss me or Mey-Mey?" He teasingly tested him, sighing to myself by leaning against the wall as I watched the entire show, "Wei Ying, it's obvious that he doesn't want to worry about his position, however...Within his heart, I bet that he had only 1 person to worry the most." I said pointing out about Lan Zhan, who began to mumble a bit to himself which we couldn't pinpoint about, sometimes my hearing powers don't want me to listen to his mumble voice only with his mind and that's it. Man, I could really use my hearing powers right now; Wei Ying, on the other hand, turned to me with sparkling silver eyes since he began beaming with curiosity and felt very interesting with my point of view on Lan Zhan, "Really? Who could that be I wonder?~" He tapped his finger under his chin, he was about to figure it out until, "Leave.." Lan Zhan ordered us calmly, trying to avoid eye-contact with us.

But somehow, Wei Ying manages to tease him a bit by saying, "If I don't, will you throw one of us down?" Grinning widely at Lan Zhan, who had already slammed the desk (hard) from hearing the question just now, while I was watching his reaction for a moment and decided to tell Wei Ying, "A-xian, I continue with a sigh: "I think it's best if Lan Zhan doesn't try to kill you right now because if he does then he won't be able to come back to classes anymore." I told him with a serious tone, which made him feel more guilty for making fun of his cultivation partner, but to be honest, Wei Ying teasingly slouched his shoulders forward as he places his arms on top of Lan Zhan's desk and pouts: "Mey-Mey, you're meany!~" He said until the best part of the novel came back to the scene, smiling widely at him that Wei Ying spoke: "Oh and don't be so scary! We're here to apologize by giving you presents!" "No need." Lan Zhan answered quickly before Wei Ying or I could convince him to see the presents. Twice. Tilting my head to the side of my shoulder along with my mysterious smile, I crossed my arms over my chest and said: 

"You really don't want them?" "..." I inquire the question more further to Lan Zhan, by convincing him again only this time he kept quiet by taking it as a yes; However, I do want to give him a present since I made some leftover mooncake. Oh, I forgot to mention earlier that this morning I made them especially for me, it's not like I don't want to give him a gift I do; And now, sighing quietly to myself without showing my expression to the future Wangxian couple, instead, I gave up my mini-lunch as I walked off the wall by walking and sitting  properly on my legs, this made everything a feel a little tension in the air but it's a good thing that I was now sitting in front of him: "Lan Zhan, I continued, "since this is day 1 of me becoming your apprentice, I thought that I could give u something in return." I told him cheerfully, who looked confused at my gift in front of him but still kept himself quiet as he hesitantly unwraps the gift as it showned a mooncake dessert; Wei Ying, on the other hand, was in awe at the mooncake as he pouted along with is smirked at this scene by teasing us again, "~See even Mey-Mey is trying to be nice to you~." "....thank you..." Lan Zhan quietly answered, Wei Ying, on the other hand, widen his eyes in shock and exclaims:
