"Hey?" I tap on his shoulder.
He smiles at me. I smile back.

"Will you be my friend?" He asks.
I nodded immediately.

"I am Kim Taehyung, the prince of the vampire kingdom, you?" He asks. He extended his hand to hand shake.

"I am princess Y/n, nice to meet you," I hand shake with him.

"I am 15 years old, you are?" Taehyung says,

"I am 13 years old," I smile.
"Nice to meet you," he says and takes my hand and kissed it.
I blushed.

This is how we became friends. We passed every night together. My mom the queen of the kingdom always keep an eye on me everyday. So I wasn't able to meet him at in the day time. Nobody knew at the night time. I sneaked out of the palace every night to play with him as the security on the back gate was weak. We played hide and seek, with dolls, fishes from the river, rocks or many other things and I always come back at dawn to avoid getting caught. This is how 4 years passed. It was an everyday routine. If I was absent, he become worried sick for me and same goes to me. But some days later another kid appeared in my life. He is our neighbour kingdom's prince, the king's adopted son as the king was barren. My father settled an arranged marriage for us to keep their friend ship stable. His name is lee jong suk. Sunshine is the perfect word to describe him. Tall, handsome, broad shoulder, thin waist, everything he had in him to make girls drool over him, except me. He became another friend of mine on the day when he and his parents came in our palace to discuss the marriage date. I denied to marry him. There's a lot reason behind my deny. He was a lot older than me and not more than just a friend. And I caught a thing for the vampire kid, Kim Taehyung, my Tae Tae. That's the first day, I told my brother, Min Yoongi, the crown prince about Taehyung,

"Brother, I don't want to marry Lee, I love someone else,"

"You have to marry someone who will become the king in future," the crown Prince said to me.

"He is a prince, Prince Kim Taehyung," I say.

That's when he showed interest to meet my Tae Tae. I take my brother outside in the midnight to go to the forest, to meet him. But little did I know some one from the guest room followed us.

"So, you are Kim Taehyung?" My brother says him.

Tae Tae politely nods.

"You look like a prince charming, which kingdom do you belong?" My brother asks.

"The kingdom of Hades," he smiles.

"H-hades?" My brother stutters.
Fear is purely visible in his voice. Without any warning, my brother harshly takes me out of the forest,
"Where are you taking me?" I asks.

"H-he is a v-vampire y/n," he says.

"So?" I ask.

"You don't know what it is?" He asks,

"I know, they are the one who drinks animal or human bloods for a living," I say.

My brother stops running and looks at me.

"And you still love him?" He asks.
I nodded.

"While you are fully aware about it?" He asks again.

I nodded.

"You know, of his Majesty know this relationship, he will never let it work out?"

I stay silent.

"Does he feel the same for you?" He asks again.

"I didn't ask him," I softly mumble.

"You need to ask him little sis, before sending the marriage proposal," he caressed my cheek.

I nodded.

"If he feels the same for you then I will help you to run away," he says.
"You sure?" I ask him.

"I promise," he says.

"If we go there, will we find him again?" He adds,

"Yes, it's their day time, they sleep at night. He plays with me at this time," I say.

"Will it be okay if we meet him again," i nod.

We walk to the river again,

We saw him sitting on the rock, throwing pebbles on the small river. He doesn't have other friends like me.
I run to him.

"Kim Taehyung," I shout his name.
He turns to me and flashes his infamous rectangular boxy smile,

"It's Tae Tae for you," he reminds me the nickname for him given by me,

"Tae Tae, can I ask you something?" I ask him.

"What's it? Is it serious? You are making me nervous," he says as he notices the seriousness in my voice
I glance at my brother, min yoongi then look at taehyung.

"What am I to you?" I ask.
He blinks.

"You are Min y/n to me," he says softly.
"No no, not this. I mean what am I to you? A friend? Or something else?" I say.

Hearing it he stands up and walk to me.

"You are someone to me who I always want to protect," he holds my hand, looks in to my eyes,

He softly lands his vanilla lips on mine,

I froze as my brother is standing there watching us, but respond him by syncing my lips with his.

"May be you got what I wanted to say," he says in between the kiss.

That's when we both become destined by stealing the teen vampire's first kiss,
"Uhm uhmm," my brother fake coughed as we pulled out the kiss.
"I didn't know this side of my 17 years old sister," he says.

"So little vampire, will you be able to take care of her?" He asks to Tae Tae.
"Pardon?" He responses.

"Our king sets an arranged marriage for her with the neighbor country's prince, he would never allow his daughter to marry a vampire," he pauses. "As you both love each other, why not you two just runaway?" He proposed.

"Why runaway when my parents actually likes her? They will gladly accept her as the queen or their son's wife," Taehyung says.

"Then I see no problem," orabony (brother) says.

"Let's go y/n, you need to sleep. Or you will get sick," he says and good bye taehyung. He takes me back to the palace. It was like a dream, first I got to know that he feels the same for me, then I got my first kiss, now my brother accepted him.

But this dream flied in to ashes when my father announced the Saturday as my wedding day in the next morning. It means within two days, I will become Mrs from Miss by marrying Lee.
