I never thought that I would do a Joffrey imagine, but I should know never to say never 😁 This is a request for loverloserlaser, I hope you enjoy. 😈
It was true to say that no one in Westeros could ever be accused of having any kind of fond feeling for Joffrey. He was a detestable little creature, not fit to call himself King. He was ruthless and arrogant, a remorseless and tyrannical ruler who was incompetent, unintelligent, extremely cowardly and prone to outbursts of violence when angered; but the same could not be said for his twin sister (Y/n).
(Y/n) was everything her brother was not; she was good to the people, as beautiful as her mother, as intelligent as her uncle Tyrion, and as strong and brave as her real father Jaime. Like Tommen and Myrcella, (Y/n) had avoided the traits that made Joffrey so utterly atrocious, instead she was seen by many as the one that should have ascended to the Iron Throne after the death of Robert; but Cersei would have none of it.
Despite everything, despite how he treated her and the rest of the family with contempt, Cersei had always doted on Joffrey, spoiling him and indulging his every whim resulting in Joffrey having a massive sense of entitlement; but with (Y/n), Cersei had pushed her to the side, jealous of the love that others showed for her daughter, jealous of her beauty and intelligence, jealous that both Jaime and Robert doted on the exquisite young woman, (Y/n) growing up instead under the watchful eyes of Jaime, Tyrion and her grandfather.
"Why weren't you born first? You would have made a much better Queen than that little shit Joffrey makes a King." A slightly drunk Tyrion asked (Y/n), as he, Bronn and (Y/n) sat in his chambers, the two men drinking as (Y/n) sat and read, laughing occasionally at their ridiculous stories.
"I don't know uncle, that is something that you will have to take up with my mother; but I believe that even if I was the elder, Joffrey would still have found his arse firmly planted on the Iron Throne." (Y/n) replied, looking up from her book for the first time that afternoon.
"And saying things like that is how a person can lose their head, and I happen to like your head exactly where it is, Uncle Tyrion." (Y/n) said, the little lion raising his half empty glass in agreement.
"Oh goodness, I have a lesson with Sandor." (Y/n) suddenly remembered, as she jumped up, kissing both her uncle and Bronn on the cheek before she ran from the room, heading for the practice ring, and probably a very grumpy Sandor.
"Ya know that girl is too good to be Cersei's daughter." Bronn said, as he watched (Y/n) disappear from the room.
"I actually agree with you about that. I have tried to talk the rest of the family into sending her somewhere safer for a little while, Joffrey is being harder on her than usual, but as soon as I mentioned it, the little shit said that she had to stay, and of course Cersei agreed with him. I must admit that I don't like how he looks at her, its not how a brother should look at his sister." Tyrion mussed, as he contemplated the recent arguments between the twins.
"Well, we just ave ta keep a better eye on tha lass until Joffrey finds someone else ta torture." Bronn told Tyrion, the little man agreeing as they both finished their wine.
>>------------------------------<<
"Where ave ya been?" Sandor asked gruffly, as (Y/n) rushed into the training ring, pulling on her protective armour.
"I was with Uncle Tyrion and Bronn, and I got lost in a book." (Y/n) explained apologetically, as Sandor placed a helmet on her head and shoved the practice sword into her hand.
"Ya got ta make up ya mind whether ya want ta be a scholar or a warrior." Sandor huffed, as the pair took their fighting stance.
"I don't have to choose, Sandor, I can be both. Does it not pay to have the intelligence to study your opponent's techniques, to study and understand strategy on the battlefield?" (Y/n) asked, as she dodged Sandor's swinging sword.
