~ Lyla's P.O.V ~
"Wake up lazy head," an all too familiar voice says with a cold splash of water on me. I don't gasp like I'd done two days ago.

I only opened my eyes to look at the world's most traitorous being. By the way she snarled at me, I knew my reaction had annoyed her.

"You don't look good," she points out and I only glare at her.

Lena—not Debra— smirked at me like she enjoyed watching me suffer. If I wasn't pregnant, weak and bound by chains maybe I'd beat her up.

"Look what I got you. Your dress looks tardy," she says and display a disgustingly yellow dress.

"Like you care how I look," I mutter but I'm want her to hear me. This was the first time I was seeing her after she'd dropped the bombshell of being Nikolai's second daughter.

I hated myself more than I did her. I let myself get deceived by her happy self. No normal person could be that happy.

I still kept the memories with her though. I still loved Debra but I hated and despised the b*tch in front of me.

If she heard my statement, she says nothing. She brings something out of her leather pants and I realise it's a key.

"You should be grateful I'm volunteering to make you presentable for your boo. You wouldn't want to look like a mess when he dies," she says and I get pissed at her.

She lowers her head next to me to unlock one hand. Before I think of the consequences, I bite on her ear. She screams in pain and shock.

The Sebastian man, Nikolai and Imogen rush in.

Lena grips my hair but I don't let go. I could careless if I bit it off. It was the least she deserved.

Sebastian is able to pull her away from me. Imogen stomps to me and hits me. That was all these people could do anyway. Hit me.

I glare at her and she glares back. "Let me go you bastards or you might as well hit me all you want," I yell at the four people in the room.

Imogen pushes me back and brings out a switchblade. She presses the cool metal against my belly but I refuse to cower in fear. I was dead anyway.

Or they couldn't kill me because of Giovanni. "You better shut up or I'll carve my name into your belly," she threatens and I manage to kick her with my legs.

The action surprises her. "Go on ahead. Just don't be surprised when the knife's in my hand and my name is carved on your f**king head you b*tch," I yell at her.

She hits me once more and succeeds in marking my face.

She looks back at Nikolai who had been quiet the whole time. "Come on Sebastian. She needs help for her ear," she tells the man. He gives her a curt nod and they both start to walk outside.

"Such a disappointment," Nikolai sneers when they leave.

I start to think he's talking about Lena and almost agree with.

"First born my foot. Lena was a born leader and she will be my heir. She deserves it," he tells me and I roll my eyes. Apparently, we had watched a different scene play out and it wasn't Lena who had been unable to free herself from a chained up pregnant woman.

"The only thing you people deserve is to rot in hell," I tell him and he glares at me.

He walks to me and sits next to me. "Oh Lyla, if only you knew what I've planned you," he says and touches my lips with dark eyes.

I try to turn my face but he doesn't let me. He grips my chin and forces his mouth down my throat. I writhe against him desperately trying to free myself.
