I told my parents that I would have to change first if I would be seeing people that are going to be my school mates, they said that was fine but that I had to hurry. With that I ran upstairs and threw on my black skirt, and an oversized sweatshirt with a white mock-turtleneck under it.

We arrived at Diagon Ally, and I could not believe my eyes, it was magnificent. There were hundreds of young witches and wizards getting wands, books, sweets and what looked like...uniforms, but they were all different colors...

"Isn't it glorious" my father said after seeing me look mesmerized by this place.

"Yes" I let out with a slight chuckle, still in awe

"My my, we haven't been here in...8 years" my dad said almost in disbelief. Then he was very quick to change the subject and he walked over to say hello to some old friends

"Wait...dad did you say 8 years...? That can't be right, I am 11-

I was cut off but my father saying "THE WEASLEYS"

Then a group of what seemed to be 100 red heads walked up to us.

"THE LYNCHS" a man who looked to be the father of the army of redheads said

Our mothers hugged and our fathers gave each other strong friendly handshakes

Mr. Weasley smiled and started to say "What has it been 8-

But he was cut off by my father giving him a look, Mr. Weasleys eyes widened as he looked at me

"Well you must be Lynn" Mr Weasley said with a smile

I shook his hand and said "yes sir"

Our parents chuckled

Then they introduced me to all of there kids

"This is Percy, Ron, Ginny-

She went on but I stopped listening when I saw a very cute redheaded boy run up laughing, followed him was...another him. "Fred! George!" His mother yelled smaking them over they head with newspapers

I chuckled at this and Fred gave me a cute smile, which caused me to blush.

"Bloody hell" I whispered to my self

We said goodbye to the Weasleys and my father told me how I need to get my wand, I was so excited, but tried to play it cool.

We walked past a tall blonde man whom my father tried to walk away from.

"That has to be the whitest hair ever" I thought to myself

Then a boy who appeared to be his son walked up to him.

"I was wrong" I though to myself which made me chuckle

The boy noticed and he gave me an evil look

"Chill" I thought to myself

The boy had his hair slicked back with loads of gel

"You shouldn't put on that much gel, it makes your hair look greasy" I thought to myself, which made me laugh again

The boys eyes were shooting daggers at me

"Oh we are going to be the best of friends" I mumbled to myself sarcasticly

"We're here" My mother said

We were standing outside a store with a sign that read "Ollivanders, makers of fine wands since 382 B.C.

Inside the shop there were lots of what I believe are wand boxes all around.

A man introduced himself as Mr Ollivander, he had me try out a lot of wands, all of them causing shelf's to fall or lights to break.

Until Mr Ollivander gave a strange look, and pulled out a wand in a suspicious manner

I tried it and it was perfect

"My, my, why am I not surprised" Mr Ollivander said with a chuckle

Once we got my wand and my books, we left Diagon Ally.

But I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something my parents were keeping from me...
