When Annabeth and Percy would go on dates Annabeth would put her hand on the small of his back. Years after they had gotten married there daughter asked why she did it. Annabeth simple responded with the phrase "He is a god to me, an so, I need to feel the human part of him." There daughter was confused and just walked off, but Percy smiled and pulled her into a hug then said "If I'm a god then you must be a goddess"
