Chapter XXVII : Into Quinto's Temple

After the intense 2 weeks fight. Wayne manages to wake up but he is still inside the chamber.

Setto said
"You're finally awake?"

Wayne replied
"What happened?"
"Did I win ?"

Setto said
"You did win"
"After your attack the chamber was about to open up but we decided to keep it close so you could rest"

Wayne asked
"Why did you do that?"

Settimo replied
"Because if this chamber opens up, you only have a few hours to enter Quinto's temple"

Wayne was surprise and decided to thank them.
"Thank you for letting me rest"

Octavo said
"You did beat us after all"
"That's our way of giving respect"

Setto said
"We don't have much time Decimo"
"Listen closely"
"We are the only human descendants, the other 5 that you need to face are not humans"

Wayne asked
"What do you mean?"

Setto said
"In the history it is said that Merlin was the one who led me to find Excalibur"
"That, that weapon would make me a king"
"But humans won't give credit to something that they don't understand"
"Merlin's Master is Quinto"
"He's the one who forged Excalibur"
"Every weapon between me to Noveno was forged by him"
"You could most likely find your weapon with him"

Wayne said
"You mean the first?"

Octavo said
"That's right"
"Even though we didn't get the chance to fight them"

Wayne gulped as he knows that the descendants before him right now are strong but there are still who are stronger.

Settimo said

Wayne accepted everyone's aura and could feel everything that flows in his body. He again became stronger and he'll only get stronger after this.

Wayne stood up and the descendants disappeared before him. They said their goodbyes.

Wayne's thoughts
'It's time for Quinto'

The chamber started to open up and Azazel started to notice.

Azazel's thoughts
'It's only been 2 and a half weeks since he entered'
'Don't tell me?!'

Azazel saw someone walking out of the chamber and to his surprise it was Decimo. Earlier than he could imagine.

Azazel's thoughts
'He's stronger now'
'I could feel it'
'The calmness of his aura'
'His aura flows like a lake now unlike before'

Wayne's said
"Yo! Maou I'm back"

Azazel said
"Welcome back"

Wayne said
"Let's go! To Quinto's temple"

Azazel was shocked, he could see the cuts and bruises of Wayne and he still wanted to proceed to Quinto's temple.

Azazel replied
"Okay I'll take you there right now"

Wayne replied
"Thanks!"

Meanwhile back in the Servant Country
In Northern City

RING RING RING

guy said
"We have a problem"

Joy said
"What is it?"

Guy said
"The rulers are sending 2 Rankers in Northern City"

Joy said
"When ?"

Guy said
"2 weeks before the attack"

Joy said
"What ?!"
"We're still recovering!"

Guy said
"Go To Southern city remind them first"
"Discuss what needs to be discussed"
" We need to get ready"

Cassee and the others are still recovering from their injuries. They move slowly to prepare for the incoming attack. Thomas Luke And Yao Zheng will be arriving shortly to hunt the traitors. They need to be prepared.

Back in the Devil's Mouth
In front of Quinto's Temple.

Azazel and Wayne manages to arrive at Quinto's temple. Wayne didn't hesitate anymore as he brings out the key to open the gate. Azazel said something before he enter.

Azazel said
"Good luck Decimo"
"Say hi to my friend for me"

Wayne said as he enters the temple
"I will"

Wayne entered the temple, it was pitched black inside but there's an ominous aura lurking. When he arrived at the middle of the temple, the temple began to light up, as soon as temple lit up he saw a hooded figure sitting in front of him. The figure greeted him.

The figure said
"Its so good to see you"
"Decimo"

The figure removed his hood and he was shocked because he knew who that guy is. It was without a doubt Quinto in an astral form.

Wayne said
"Q-Quinto"
