As soon as me and Jack arrived at the Lunar Launching Station we saw the six Vault Hunters stood around as I gave a small wave and said a brief "Hello everybody." Jack then added "What's up. Follow me, we got a moon to save."
Jack then opened the previously locked door and as we all entered what I assumed was some kind of control room, Jack commented "Friggin' dark in here. I can fix that." He clapped his hands twice and suddenly the shutters on the windows opened and the light came on into the room.
Suddenly the familiar purple beam shot out from in front of us as Jack stated "There she is, the Eye of Helios. The weapon of weapons. Wilhelm asked concerned for once "That thing's gonna destroy the moon? What's powering it?"
Jack stuttered out a response as he clearly didn't want us to know exactly. "Oh it's just, you know. Stuff. Usual thi- normal. Y'know, let's just shut it down. Let's shut it down." Jack then went on to explain "Ok, inside the laser is a core reactor that makes it all work. Log on the control systems and try to shut it down remotely."
Athena tried to do just that but it didn't work and we heard a voice. "Remote shutdown failed. Systems lockout." Moxxi suddenly contacted us saying "Zarpedon locked you out? Looks like you'll have to do it the old fashioned way. With your hands."
So now we would have to go and shut the laser down manually. The Vault Hunter team tried to head along the path the lead right to the Eye but before they could, Zarpedon put up a green Dahl force field preventing any further passage.
When this happened Jack turned to me and said "Y/N, while the Vault Hunters find a way to disable that energy field. I need you to go out and look for any FIX Loaders you happen to come across." I asked "Why?" Jack just grinned "Because it's time for you to see the new face of Hyperion's military up close."
I nodded and said "Alright, I'm on it." I exited the control room and it didn't take me long to find one of these FIX Loaders. They were quite big and carried wrenches and what looked like a pistol in their hands.

I approached the Loader and imputed the new commands Jack gave me into it's system. Suddenly the Loader bot curled up into a ball before unfolding again. This time it had a new color scheme and instead of holding the utility tools it had before it now held an Assault Rifle.

Jack Echoed me exclaiming "Voila! I present to you the new face of the Hyperion Military. The GUN Loader. They should be far superior to the previous human military force we had before. Now all you need to do it sit back and watch the show."
I looked confused as I asked "What show?" Suddenly the Loader Bot turned around and began firing at some Lost Legion Marines. This in turn drew attention from any Lost Legion personnel nearby.
I ended up deploying my Scorpio as countless soldiers emerged. Dealing with them was no major problem but still had it's inconveniences especially when I noticed some Lost Legion Medics among them.

Luckily even with the Medics healing them constantly, they weren't much of a problem and I was still able to overpower them, especially with that GUN Loader from earlier drawing some of the fire from me.
I finally decided to bail and as soon as I saw an opening I ran, leaving the Loader to deal with the remaining soldiers. However I turned a corner and was shocked to find myself face to face with a Lost Legion Power Suit.

Normally these suits would be a major problem but luckily for me, this specific suit didn't have anything protecting the pilot so at the first second I got, I shot him in the head, causing the suit to collapse to the ground.
I modified several Loaders into the new GUN Loader protocol before I was Echoed once again by Jack saying "The field is down! Head over there right now! It's time to shut that Eye down!" I nodded before making my way over to the entrance way.
This is where the true challenge began.
