After an eventful winter break, too say the least, I was eager to get back to school. The three of us arrived at Kings cross station, and made our way along the platform, noticing familiar faces getting on the train such as the Harry, Ron, Ginny and all the way at the end, Draco.

"He's here" I say out loud, causing Cherry and Anabelle to follow my gaze

They were not as relieved to see him as I was, considering how worried they were hearing about my close dangerous encounter at his house. They knew he wasn't responsible for what had happened, however they suddenly realised how dangerous his world really was, especially for a muggleborn, and they just wished I stayed away from it.

We entered the Slytherin carriage, Anabelle and Cherry find some seats, while I look for Draco. I see him seated by himself at the end in the corner, I make my way towards him meeting the cold gaze from Pansy, she was seated with Theodore, Marcus and Daphne. I couldn't see Blaise anywhere, perhaps he was in a different carriage.

I sit down in front of Malfoy, and he doesn't look at me, he just keeps looking aimlessly out the window, with the most seething expression.

"Are you okay?" I ask sympathetically

He doesn't respond and instead meets my gaze with a cold look.

"Are you seriously not going to speak to me?" I say crossing my arms

Again, no response. I knew how temperamental he could be, so this sulky behaviour didn't shock me, but it did annoy me.

"Draco, what happened wasn't your fault" I say firmly. He scoffs at my remark, this pissed me off.

"You know I'm not the kind of girl who will just sit here and tolerate this kind of behaviour" I snap at him

"Then don't" he replies

"Fine I won't" I say crossing my arms

Suddenly the carriage door slides open, and out comes Blaise, he immediately sees me and approaches our table nervously.

"Hi" he begins saying

"Hi" I say back gently.

He looks at Draco and looks back at me, almost as to make it clear he didn't want to acknowledge him.

"I was wondering if we could talk in private" Blaise says anxiously

"She isn't going anywhere with you" Draco growls

"I'm sorry but you don't get to speak for me" I say bitterly as I get up from my seat to follow Blaise, I ignored the furious expression on Draco as he watched me leave.

We get into the next carriage, and enter an empty compartment, where we take a seat opposite each other. We both remained silent, it was an uncomfortable situation for both of us.

"Blaise" I begin saying

"No, let me go first, I am so sorry Murph, for the things I said about you, I didn't just call you that word, I spoke about you like you an object, everything I said was disrespectful and degrading, and you didn't deserve that" he explains

"Blaise, do you really think that word means anything to me, after all this time? It wasn't what you said, it was that you thought so low of me while you were flirting with me and acting like we were friends" I explain, "and the part that hurts the most is that I felt so happy having you in my life because I thought you were different to the rest of them and that you never cared about my blood, so now I just feel like I don't know you anymore, like everything that made me feel safe and comfortable with you was a lie" I say firmly
