Episode 47: All That Is Left

Yuko opened her eyes and the first thing she saw was the Demon Fyodor beside her. She immediately sat up and went down from the altar she was placed to. 

"How disturbing. You guys are becoming more like a cult." She humored. 

Dazai's anesthetic was only a small dose. And a few seconds after Yuko woke up, her body has already adapted to its effects. 

Seeing her already fine, Fyodor went out of the room and Yuko followed. 

"Where's Shibusawa?" She asked. 

"He's about to start his fog. Dazai-kun's with him." 

"I see..."

Fyodor was leading Yuko and the two of them then stopped outside a prestigious dome, almost resembling a cathedral because of its stained-glass structure.

"This is his collection room." Fyodor smiled and gestured Yuko to go first, more like to open it.

It was not only a room. It was a part of Shibusawa Tatsuhiko's ability from what Yuko could tell.

Yuko activated her ability and gained access to it, the door immediately opened for them.

"What an insensitive man. How displeasing..."

As they entered the dome, its walls were filled with gems that floated in its own shelves. It was too many that Yuko couldn't count them anymore.

All of those gems, she knew that they were all abilities. Abilities whose owners are already gone.

"Does it overwhelm you?" Fyodor spoke as he observes Yuko's reaction.

"Overwhelming?" She repeated. "This place is rather insulting if you ask me..."

Yuko was not impressed by the state of the abilities inside the room. The more she sensed each one of them, the more she felt uncomfortable upon seeing them.

Just how many gifted has Shibusawa Tatsuhiko killed already? She thought.

Taking a deep breath, she then regained back her focus. It was not the time for her to get distracted as she still has a job to do.

Raising her hand above her, a gem shot out and went into her palm.

It was the ability that could cross another dimensions.

"Impressive. That's indeed the ability you're looking for," Fyodor applauded. 

"And? For you to summon all the people?" 

"There's a summoning ability here as well..." Yuko raised her other hand and a gem went towards her again. She was holding two crystallized abilities at the moment.

"I'll use them both."

"I thought you mentioned that you can't do that," Fyodor spoke. 

"I did, but this is different. These abilities don't have any more owners, which means they're accessible. I think I can use them both." Yuko said as she walked towards the center of the room. 

"And the singularity?" 

There was a hint of amusement in Fyodor's voice which she noticed.

"I thought you knew about my ability, Fyodor-san? I find it weird that you're the one asking questions." Yuko raised her eyebrows and smirked.

"I am merely curious, Yuko-san. You expect too much from me," Fyodor replied and also made his way towards her. 

As the ground was starting to shake, white fog started to emit from Mukurotide, slowly spreading throughout Yokohama. Yuko activated her ability at the same time and used both of the abilities.
