But, after Elyon was born and her dearest friends, King Hamilton and Knight Kyuka passed away, she lost much of her energy. Soon after that she passed onto me most of her weapons.
And with it, also the future headship of the family. I just thought about that while looking at Godwin's geneologycal tree; I was thinking that surely he wouldn't mind taking my surname, since his father, previously known as Graham Lacombe, took Justina Boruboni's surname upon their marriage.
