"..So when this flat impaled spherical object stops moving, it is a new year? I never thought things would change so quickly in 200 years.." Jean asked the group.

I watched as Sebas nodded profusely, his eyes lit with a bright sparkle as he explained to Jean how New Years is celebrated.

"Well, why cant it be during the day?" Arthur spoke as he continued savoring the taste of his Starbucks coffee.

"Because one side of the world will be facing the sun and the other will be many hours behind, you dumbass." Isaac retorted in the back, happily munching on his apple.

Dazai was probably somewhere outside, watching the fireworks go out.

Comte and Leonardo weren't here presently, having to watch over Dazai.

"..What kinds of weapons exist in this time?" I heard a familiar voice say in the group. I matched the voice with Vincent's honestly inquisitive face.

"All kinds. Nuclear warheads, atomic bombs, missiles, firearms, the list goes on and on." I answered.

5 minutes left.

I looked to the clock and saw we still had 5 minutes left until the ball dropped in New York.

I clenched the bottle of coins in my hand, wearing a red yukata. Everyone else had at least one article of red clothing.

"So why is it celebrated right after Christmas?"

"I dont know! Why do you keep asking such questions..?"

I smiled wryly as a few of them argued amongst themselves.

2 minutes.

Wait, 2 minutes..!? Holy crap! Time flew by quickly!!

I got ready and hyped up, because in two minutes.. I'll be welcoming a new year! And also it'll mark one year I've been together with both him and everyone else!!

We all cheered and made as much noise as possible. Its cool to see how they all started the noise when it happened:

Napoleon: 😃🤗😃
-started jumping around like a little kid
-shook Sebastian too much(?) poor guy
-hugged you from behind
-kissed you while everyone was busy celebrating
•His wish: For your wish to come true, to be able to protect you for as long as he can; Secretly also wishing to be held

Mozart: 😐😊
-probably drank too much
-started smiling while everyone started going crazy
-told them all to shut up, but keep noise level on an 'above average'
-hugged you tightly
•His wish: To be able to see you smiling because your wish came true

Leonardo: 😀😃
-came inside one second before everyone started making noise (oof poor ears)
-led you outside
-revealed to you he brought Lumiere
-hugged you tightly and kissed you, whispering, 'Happy New Year'
•His wish: to be able to see your smile for as long as you both are together and y oi ur wish to be granted

Arthur: 😚😏☺
-hugged you as he shook his cup of coffee, forgetting what was in it
-spilled good coffee on the floor, some landing on everyone somehow
-ran away, carrying you along
•His wish: To be with you forever and for your wish to come true

Vincent:
-laughed as you cheered
-hugged you very tightly
-smiled
•His wish: To never be apart and for your wish to be granted

Theo: 😌
-smiled
-embraced you from behind
-rested his head on your head, holding both your hands
•His wish: To make sure nothing happens to you that'll shorten the time you both have together and for your wish to come true

Dazai: 😁
-ran inside before everyone started cheering and took you outside
-kissed you on the cheek
-poked the random dude with a branch because he got too close
•His wish: to stay by your side for as long as time permits and for your wish to be granted

Isaac: 😊
-took you outside as everyone started cheering
-reached into his pocket and pulled out a small animal
-turns out he brought Henry lol
-kissed you
-discreetly placed Henry on your head
-enjoyed your reaction and took him back
•His wish: To always have fun moments like this with you all the time and for your wish to be granted

Jean:
-went outside
-took in a breath of fresh air
-stopped when he realized it was polluted air and not fresh air
-went to you for help
-shared a good laugh with you after hearing what you had to say
•His wish: that your wish comes true

Shakespeare:
-didnt join, celebrated the day at his residence with you
-your presence was all he needed
•His wish: to be able to be by your side and for your wish to come true

Saint-Germain:
-smiled as the others cheered
-took a sip from the glass in his hand, watching the fireworks
-saw you come out and decided to go to you
-watched you smile as you began to talk about what he missed
•His wish: your wish comes true and that

Sebastian:
-led you away from the noisy group and held you close
-kissed you on the cheek, smiled
•His wish: to be able to see your wish comes true and that he'll be able to keep seeing your face for as long as he can
