"Sunny?" Louis gasps.
"L-Louis." I stutter nervously.
"What are you doing here?!" he yells over the loud crowd as he pulls me to a quiet corner.
"As that to yourself."
"I got a last-minute call," he says. "And I assume that you didn't."
"Louis I'm sorry-"
"You should've told me." Louis interrupts. "I could've come here as your date."
"In a party like this, who would notice?"
"Nobody," he answers.
"Nor will they notice this," he says in a flirty kind of way, leaning slowly to my face to kiss.
"Shut up." I giggle.
"Sunny!" a voice interrupts.
"I see you came!" Toni says.
"Y-yes." I stutter in embarrassment.
"Come by the pool you two, there's pizza."
We follow Toni as she walked our way to their backyard where I spot a very familiar figure. I look away and ignore my thought.
The figure turns to face us. "Louis!"
"William?!"
"W-Will?" I stutter.
"Sunny, you're here too."
"Will!" Louis wraps his arm around Will's shoulder.
I've never realized how attractive they looked together.
And they say there aren't two pretty best friends.
I take a good look at both of them laughing, and I discern that thought of other boys coming into your head when you already have a boyfriend.
I thought you'd only think of that person your dating. But I'm not.
I'm at a corner, drinking what seemed like a fruit punch when I feel a sudden tap on my shoulder.
"Hey." Will smiles.
"Hey." I smile back.
"Was it okay for you that I came?"
"Even if it wasn't, It's none of my business anyway."
"You forgot this." he hands me a ring.
It's the promise ring Louis gave me. I must've removed it at some time while I was at work.
I try to put it in my pocket because my hands were too full for me to put it back on.
"Let me." Will offers, slowly sliding in the ring on my finger.
I feel another hand grab me. I look up and it was Louis.
"Sunny."
Now, there just staring at each other, Louis was holding my hand and Will was holding my other.
I've never imagined that I would seriously get involved in a scenario like this.
"Let's go." he pulls my arm.
"Wait, her ring." Will interrupt.
"I'll do it," Louis says firmly.
Will lets out a sigh and fierce kind of look on his face."No, it's with me. I might as well do it then."
