Soobin woke up the day to the rays of sunlight spreading across his room, feeling as if he's forgetting something.

Wait a minute- Soobin's eyes grew as wide as saucers as he just realised that he overslept- did he oversleep though? He clearly recalled setting an alarm for the next morning. Immediately getting out of bed, he headed downstairs to the kitchen where Yeonjun was just arranging what seemed like his breakfast plate.

"Good morning to you, though it's technically in the afternoon right now," Yeonjun greeted. Soobin glanced at the clock on top of the kitchen counter which read 3:06 pm.

"Did you tweak my alarm?" Soobin asked, Yeonjun just gave him a shrug in response.

"Well, after last night's incident I thought it'd be best if you just had the day off- Bang PD nim said so as well," Yeonjun added quickly as Soobin gave him the what-did-you-just-do look.

"Lunch's ready," Yeonjun said as Soobin was about to open his mouth to speak. Soobin gave in to the emptiness in his stomach to even bother trying to reason with his boyfriend- besides, it was probably even too late to show up to school now.

"What happened last night?" Soobin asked as he buttered his toast. The smile on Yeonjun's face quickly evaporated.

"Do you really want to k-"

"I'd rather face the truth than to be kept in the dark," Soobin replied coolly.

"That girl who broke into my room last night the same person who intended to attack you the other day in Yuseong-gu. She's in the same league as the other two girls who have been caught earlier. From what I heard, there's nothing to worry about anymore since it was just the three of them," Yeonjun explained. Soobin's appetite quickly vanished after hearing that; it made him feel sick to the stomach.

"I don't think we should be worried about that matter anymore, it has been dealt with. They're currently facing a life sentence in Cheongju Women's Correctional Institution," He continued, looking at Soobin's face, a sheen of concern in his eyes.

"Don't worry, as long as I'm here, no one would dare to harm you ever again," Yeonjun said, placing his hand over Soobin's. Something about being with Yeonjun gave Soobin a sense of security as he began to pick up his food to eat again.

After washing up, Soobin headed downstairs to the living room still thinking about what he could do for the rest of the day. It seems as if his question has been answered as Yeonjun was already sitting there on the couch dressed in a white tracksuit, wearing a white headband as well to match.

"Well, I thought we could go out for a stroll in the park or maybe even do a jog there- you know, just to help you relax and take your mind off things," Said Yeonjun, examining Soobin's perplexed expression.

"Oh, sure! Let me just go change really quickly," He replied, what he was currently wearing ( a loose shirt with jeans ) was definitely not the most ideal thing to put on for a jog at the park.

A few minutes later, Soobin headed downstairs now wearing the outfit he'd usually put on whenever he decided to hit the gym.

"Ready?" Yeonjun asked, turning to the male. Soobin gave him a nod and followed him to the car.

After a 5 minute drive, the two arrived at the park. Soobin figured that Yeonjun took a considerable amount of time searching for a place like this because it was completely free of people and it was exactly what Soobin felt like he needed at the moment; a place where just for the two of them.

The sun was starting to set after a while and that was when Yeonjun decided to dine in at a restaurant near the park before heading back.

Soobin couldn't deny the fact that in a way, he was able to get his mind off what had happened during the past few days, but he still couldn't shake off the guilt- what on earth was he thinking back then? If it hadn't been for Yeonjun waking up, there was a big possibility that he'd be laying on a hospital bed at this very moment, or even dead.

Yeonjun noticed the male picking at his food, staring blankly at it. That was when an idea popped into his mind.

"I know just the thing to help you get your mind off things,"
