Request: Can you write a one-shot where the reader and Sirius were in a relationship when they were in Hogwarts but the reader's parents forced her to marry someone else and they lost contact. After some time Sirius was sent to Azkaban. Now the reader's husband is dead and she has a son named Orion, when Sirius escapes Azkaban, he gets reunited with his long lost love.

------------

You've had to deal with many things in your life but the one thing that stood out against the rest was your parents. More specifically how they had no respect for your love life. They didn't care if you were happy with Sirius, they didn't care about your say in the matter, they only cared as long as they were happy, as long as the family name remained "pure".

Your parents never liked Sirius for the simple fact that he was a "blood traitor" because he stood up and did what he believed in despite his parents' wishes. He was a free thinker, a rebel, and your parents hated it.

So much so that they made sure that you couldn't spend the rest of your life with him. They arranged your marriage. You didn't know anything about it until the final preparations were being made.

And it destroyed you. It destroyed Sirius. He knew you didn't have a say in the matter because you would never do such a thing. But Sirius knew all too well the sad reality of some pure blood families, having experienced something similar with his parents.

Despite this Sirius wasn't one to give up. He tried. He tried so hard to get your parents to stop, to call off the marriage but all he recieved was a glare, some hurtful words and the threat of the cruciatus curse. In the end he couldn't win, neither of you could. So he did the only thing he could think of which he knew your parents couldn't stop.

You were sat up in your room, on your bed, absently staring out of the window when it happened. A medium sized bird swooped in through the open window before making itself at home perched on top of your desk chair. Despite the fact it took your brain a few seconds to process what had happened, you recognised the bird immediately as you turned to face it. It's was Sirius' owl.

It was holding an envelope in its beak which your eyes were drawn to. Walking over to the bird, you carefully took the envelope from it. The envelope had some weight to it so you suspected Sirius had put something else inside the envelope as well. Upon opening it you saw not only a letter but a necklace. You smiled at the sight of the necklace. It was Sirius' favourite necklace.

Pulling it out and wrapping the chain around your fingers you pulled out the letter. Unfolding it you let your eyes scan over the writing.

My darling Y/n

I know we can no longer see each other and so I've written this for you. I will never stop loving you and I promise we will be together again one day. I promise.

Love Sirius

Feeling your eyes water you glanced to the necklace before bringing it up to your lips and pressing a kiss to it. "I will always love you too Sirius." You mutter. Thats when an idea came to mind. Placing both the letter and necklace down you strolled over to your jewellery box on your dressing table. Opening it your eyes scanned over box before landing on the item you were looking for. It was one of your favourite rings. It wasn't delicate like the others you owed but chunky and it was the only one Sirius ever use to take off you to wear himself. Smiling to yourself you looped the ring onto a silver chain before writing a similar letter and placing them both into an envelope for the owl to take back.
