Back at Hogwarts.

We sat in the carriage in silence. I then leaned on Draco's shoulder and he hugged me.

"Aww you 2 make such a cute couple." The first years said.

Draco and I looked at each other and then at them.

"What no no no no." We said.

"She's my friend." Draco said.

"Yea and he's my friend." I said.

"Oh sorry." They said.

Draco and I laughed and the 2nd years giggled.

"So what are your names?" I asked.

"I'm Jennifer but my friends call me JJ or Jenny." The girl said.

"Well nice to meet you JJ." I said and smiled at her.

"And what's your name little man?" Draco asked.

"I'm Jason." The boy said.

"Well then nice to meet too Jason." I said and smiled at him.

"Well then JJ and Jason I'm Rose." I said and smiled at them again.

"And I'm Draco." Draco said and smirked at them. "So what house are you in?"

"I'm in Gryffindor!" JJ said.

"And I'm a Slytherin." Jason said.

"Are you 2 friends?" I asked so sweetly.

"We are best friends!" Jason said.

"But his house doesn't let us see each other sometimes." Jenny said in a sad tone. "And they call us traitors."

"Don't listen to them." I said. "Look at me most of my friends are Gryffindor's."

"Really?" They both asked.

"Yes. I'm friends with Harry, Hermione, the Weasley's, Seamus, Dean, and Neville." I said.

"Your friends with them?" Jenny asked and her face lit up.

"Yes they are the nicest people in the world! And they mean the world to me." I said.

"What about you Draco do you mind Rose being a Slytherin and being friends with Gryffindor's?" Jason asked.

"Oh ummm no it's her choice who to be friends with." Draco said.

I looked at him in surprise and he just looked at me. We stayed in comfortable silence and got to the castle. Draco helped me out and Jason helped Jenny out.

"Well we will see you guys later." I said and smiled at them.

"Bye Rose! Bye Draco!" They said in union.

Draco smirked and waved.

"You do realize that your ruining my reputation right!?" Draco asked.

"How?" I asked and looked at him so innocently.

"By making me be nice." He said.

"Well just be nice to them." I said and smiled.

"Fine fine." He said.

"You go without me." I said and stopped.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"I just want to check something out." I said. "Accio Firebolt!"

"Going to the pitch?" He asked.

"No just going to go and check something out." I said.

He nodded his head and went back to the Common Room. I then saw my broom coming towards me. I grabbed onto it and flew into Hagrid's hut. I knocked on the door. Then the door opened.

"Hey Hagrid." I said.

"Hello there Rose what can I do for you?" Hagrid greeted and asked.

"It's just that Harry has told me a lot about you and you haven't been here and I wanted to know if you came back." I said.

"Ah. Well then any friend of Harry is a friend of mine!" Hagrid said.

"So what have you been up to Hagrid?" I asked.

"Well if Harry trusts you then come on." Hagrid said and gestured for me to follow him.

We both walked into the forbidden forest.

"Grawpy!" Hagrid called out.

I then heard a loud footsteps. Then a giant hand grabbed me. I shrieked.

"Hagrid!" I said.

"Grawpy!" Hagrid said.

"Who is this!" I yelled.

"Grawpy he's my half brother." Hagrid said.

"Grawpy put me down!" I said. "Now!"

Grawpy then put me down gently and I smiled at him.

"He's adorable Hagrid!" I said.

"I know but I need someone to watch him." Hagrid said.

"I think Harry and the others would want to." I said.

"He seems to like you!" Hagrid said.

Grawpy then gave me a kazoo. I blew in the kazoo and Grawpy looked so happy.

"I will take care of him until you tell the trio." I said.

"Thank you Rose." Hagrid said.

"Of course Hagrid!" I said.

"Well you best be off don't need you getting into trouble." Hagrid said.

"Ok bye Hagrid." I said and got on top of my broom.

I then flew back to the castle and ran back to the Common Room.

"Pureblood!" I said.

The portrait then swung open and I walked in.
