NOT EDITED!

~LILY~

First day of test and I wasn't prepared.

Instead of spending the whole independent day to read, I was busy speaking with my parents through Skype, so I wasn't able to open any of my books throughout the day even when I had promised myself to wake up during the midnight to read, I didn't.

The whole class were busy with their books and I wasn't left out. I flipped through my biology notebook trying to cram something's into my brain but nothing was sticking, and that made me close the book in annoyance - wondering why it was compulsory for commercial students in TAHS to do biology when it wasn't necessary. I mean how does biology relate with commercial?

They don't even have any connections, but my dear school dimmed it necessary for all students.

I opened my book again trying to at least get the definition of 'hormones' into my big head, but everything that was written down was like rubbish to me, with the big grammars written there, but I decided to give it a read again.

"A product of living cells that circulates in the body fluids (such as blood or sap) and produces a specific often stimulatory effect on the activity of the cell usually remote from it's point of origin."

That doesn't make any sense, right?

Finally, it was time for the first paper which was biology, I copied the questions from the board into my sheet of paper and the last question that I saw was the same topic I tried reading but didn't stick.

Hormones.

"You have forty minutes, No side talks, no cheating and no giraffing," Mr sultan the maths teacher was the invigilator. "Start."

I looked down at the questions that i'd written down earlier and I only knew one out of the whole six questions I was meant to answer, so I decided to do the one I knew first. After I answered the only question I knew, I bit the head of my pen trying to think for answers to the remaining questions, but the answers weren't coming.

The heel to Mr sultan shoe could be heard as he walked around the class invigilating. I looked up and saw virtually everybody writing, Faree looked really concentrated as she just kept on writing, pink was writing also but I could see Rayo tugging the end of her blazer and for some reasons that brought a smile to my face. Chase wasn't writing as he kept on looking at his paper hitting his pen gently on his desk. He looked cool and normal, unlike when I saw him on Monday - When he looked off. I took my gaze down to his wrist but I couldn't see if it was still bandaged because the sleeves of his shirt were rolled down.

"Thirty minutes left," instantly I looked down at my answer sheet and I still had five unanswered questions. "I'm leaving the class now and I don't want to hear any noise, do you understand?" no one answered him. "I've gone." And he left the class and I knew the class would soon break into side murmurs in; 5!
