Addison Marie Cullen had been living with the Cullen's for two months and Jasper Hale contuined to reassure her that the overwhelming feeling from all the changes would eventually go away but she still felt like she was drowning...
Mary Alice had become close with everyone in the family and even Jasper had become friendly with Emmett and Rosalie but she was still stuck in the tidal wave of changes...
Addison often found herself staring outside the large windows at the rain, she also enjoyed sitting on the balconies letting the rain cascade down her body, pieces of her memories flickering into existence before disappearing once again... Alice had assured Addison several times that soon she would become happy with all the new changes but she just couldn't see her overwhelmed self becoming happy with the extremely welcoming Cullen's...
She felt alone... swimming in the middle of the ocean surrounding by thousands of blood-thirsty sharks... "Hey, you doing okay?" but just before she was about to be swallowed, Jasper and Alice were there to pull her up into the lifeboat...

"Maybe you should talk to Carlisle? He's a doctor I'm sure he'd understand and could help you?"
Addison chuckled lightly at Alice's words her eyes still closed as the rain droplets dripped down her face, "Allie-Cat Carlisle is a doctor not a therapist we got to him for broken bones, not feelings"...
"No, but he is our father"... Alice heavily sighed under her breath all she wanted was to see her twin happy like in all the visions but unfortunately, some things took time... "Things will work out sissy"... Alice left the room on a mission to find her adoptive parents and get her twin sister back to her normal bubbly dancing self with a slight push...
Addison watched Alice leave with a small frown, she was letting her sister down... she refused to even wear the Cullen Crest she was given back in November while Alice and Jasper had both been wearing theirs...
It just didn't feel the right time yet...
