Olivia came through the fireplace in Charlie's house. She looked around making sure she was in the right place before running out of the house to the enclosure that she last saw Charlie. He's still there, she takes out the permission slip and waves it in the air like a mad woman running to him and shouting
"I got it! He just gave me permission! I got it!"
Charlie turned around a huge grin plastered on his face.
"How the hell did you get permission already? You where gone for like half an hour?"

"I have my ways" Olivia said with a grin.
Truth be told she really has no idea how she has managed it.

"Anyway so now you have to come with me!"

"No"

"Come on! Other wise I have to leave one of them behind" she said and put on a very convincing sad face. He stared at her before sighing

"How the hell do you do that?"

"Do what?"

"Turn everyone's answer into the one you want"

"I have my ways. Come on now, you have some packing to do"
And with that Olivia grabs Charlie's hand and runs back to his house.

"How long will I be going for?" Charlie shouted through the wall. As one side Olivia was gathering all of her items, the other Charlie was putting some clothes into a trunk

"No idea, a couple of weeks I suppose"

"Weeks!"

"Well yeah, now we have a new dragon he will need time, and I will be teaching, so....yeah a couple of weeks"

Olivia sits down at the desk in the bedroom she was staying in, and writes a letter to dumbledore

Dear professor Dumbledore

I received your letter and am on my way back to hogwarts, and should arrive within the next two days. The reason for my hold up is that,
I need to bring the new dragon breed we found back. He is well trained and won't case any trouble. I had to get permission from the ministry to let him into hogwarts.

I have a favour to ask, Charlie Weasley, a good friend of mine, needs to come back with me as since I will be teaching I will have very little time for Artemis (that is what we named the dragon) and Artemis will need time since he is only newly introduced to wizards.

She read it over again. Yes, that would be alright. She placed it in an envelope. A very handy spell she set up with dumbledore a while ago is that she says riciniá and taps on the envelope with her wand and it will appear right into dumbledore hand.
"Riciniá" she says and the letter disappears.
Olivia walks into Charlie's room.
"Are you almost done?"

"Shouldn't you be getting the dragons ready? It's Artemis's first long flight"

"I know, I know..........I have decided, we're bringing thorn back with us"

"Thorn? The tiny little dragon?"

"He's not tiny. He's a baby"

"We can't just keep bringing dragons back"

"Come on please!"

"Why on earth would you want to bring him back, he's a menace"

"He's cute"
