So out of the two chooses I started the Mafia AU, so those of you who voted for the siren AU are just going to have to stick around till I start my next book, because I do still really like that idea but I have a hard time trying two write two things at once.

Read the cover of each file that landed on the newly relocated SSA Pine's desk that morning. The move from Cali was to get away from the buzz, he much preferred helping from the peace of his office anyways, field work wasn't really for him. But with this being his first cast in this new city, he quickly learns that- when you're a Pines. Trouble is around every corner of your life, or more accurately, standing right in front of you. Flirting with death was never meant to be so literal.
Kid Genius Oh so much fuss was being made about the new kid in town. Cipher just had to check him out. So like anyone else would do, he has the new cop followed, after he shows up to do a "routing questioning" of one of the low level lackeys that sold their coal to the Fourth Circle. And, would the fates align on such a present day?!? He is living with that old gezner who thought he settled his debts years ago, but let's face it, when you're branded by something, nothing is strong enough to erase the mark. So? Why not mess around with an old toy? And get a new one?
Sounds like a win win situation, don't you think?
