Venti x (actually) Dying reader

I didn't want it to be like this.

I didn't want to go out like this.

Cold.

There was a giant gash in the side of my stomach and various other places across my body.

Shit.

I didn't want to die like this.

All alone.

the blood was pooling out around me, sharp pain spiking throughout my entire body.

My vision was blurred but reached out for my phone. If i called the paramedics they would never make it on time. I dial venti's number with shaky fingers.

"Hello?" I gave a sigh of relief. he picked up.

"Venti.. Hi,"

"Are you okay? how come you called?"

"Oh, I just wanted to see how you are. I miss you,"

"you've only been adventuring for a couple days. Y/N you sound sick, are you okay?"

"I'm fine, I just ate something bad and feel a bit unwell," I've never lied to venti before.

"Make sure you be more careful next time, okay?"

"I promise," A tear fell down my cheek. my consciousness sl ip p e d away.

"Y/N, are you sure youre okay? where are you right now?" He was worried.

"I'm... o...kay,"

"Seriously, im not kidding, where are you right now?" Panic rose in his voice. please dont panic.

"Have... you eaten today? Have you been ta...king care your.. yourself?" I could barely find any words.

"Y/N, please, where are you? What's going on? I can make it in time if something is wrong please just tell me what is happening," He sounded like he was crying. please dont cry.

"I love you.. very much, you mean.. the world to me... I love you," I'm so tired.

"Y/N, I love you too, please dont die on me. It will be okay i know its gonna be okay," He knows he's lying. "please dont leave me too," He knows im tired.

"I'm okay," I'm lying.

"It will be okay," He's crying.

"I'm okay," I'm cold.

it's so cold.

my arm goes limp.

My vision goes black.

"I love you," I whispered. I'm not lying.

"I love you too, please hang in there, It's going to be okay, the ambulance is coming they know where you are its will be okay," His words. They were fast. I was tired.

I closed my eyes. I'll take a sh o rt nap.

I was lying.
