*On the pier docks of the waterhole of District 4 by the clear water beach one day with 3 siblings* ~Nobody's POV~ In the home of the water fishermen of District 4 a young girl at the age of 8 was on the pier docks watching as the fishermen were pulling up fish nets from when they caught fishes and people on the sand pulling the ropes of catching crabs and other sea creatures, the young 8 year old was watching she saw a beautiful sea gem in the water glowing from the sun's rays and she dived in leaving her shawl, satchel, binoculars, and shoes behind before going into the water. ~Young Cassiopeia's POV~

I was just on the pier docks watching as the fishermen of my District were pulling up fishing nets from when they caught fishes and the people on the sand were pulling on the ropes of catching crabs and other sea creatures my siblings Henry and Beatrice were our Districts Victors besides Annie Cresta and Finnick Odair who also won there games but my brother and sister were Captial favorites and won back to back coming home for our family and to me since our mother is expecting another baby we've been kept busy. While thinking about what if I was chosen to be in the future Hunger Games when I saw a beautiful sea gem in the water glowing from the sun's rays and I dived in leaving my shawl, satchel, binoculars, and shoes behind before going into the water. I held the gem in my hand wanting it into a necklace when I heard Henry's voice "Hey squirt!," I turned and there he was holding a towel for me to dry off and spare clothes for me to wear since my current ones were wet I spoke "Hey big brother what's the matter," he helped me dry off and change as he spoke "Beatrice and I want you to meet someone today he's coming to my Victor's house he'll be here in an hour," so he changed me into something representing our District as we walked to his house.
