Summary: what if Tommy stayed in exile instead of going to Techno or coming back to L'manburg, and was forgotten. Merely a peice of history that isn't important to anyone else

———————————————————-

Tommy POV

He had lost track of time ages ago.

He had no idea how many years it had been, although he knew it was more then one.

It was currently his birthday.
He didn't know how old he was.

He was turning 21.
———————————————————

Ghostbur POV

Ghostbur was the only one that visited now. Dream having realising that Tommy had lost all power he had over the masked man, leaving him to rot in his exile destination.

Ghostbur doesn't remember the last time Tommy had genuinely smiled, let alone laughed.
Nor spoken.

He had learn't sign language when they were younger, so he began to use that.

He misses those times.

When Techno wasn't angry at the government. Before he had died. And before he forced Tommy and himself into wars.

Nobody POV

The ghost was rarely seen at L'Manburg now. And nobody knew why. They had all forgotten about Tommy by now, well, all besides Ranboo.

Somehow, the one person with memory loss (besides Ghostbur) had remembered the person everyone else had forgotten.
Although he never had the courage to visit since the last two years.

Tommy just wasn't... Tommy anymore. He wasn't the loud boy that everyone had grown to love.

He was now a silent man, that flinched and any slight noise. He was now someone who had dull grey eyes, instead of those amazing bright blue ones.

And to honest. Ranboo hadn't
Liked that Tommy. He didn't like how he always apologised for everything through sign language. It made him sad.

And Tubbo...
For someone who ‚regretted' exiling Tommy, he sure did forget him quickly. All memories of Tommy were gone when the second year started.

He didn't know if it was a coping mechanism for the bee loving man, but it sure did make him work harder, and make him happier.

Ranboo knew it was Tommy's birthday. And he was going to visit him again. Even if it was only for a short period of time, or for a long period of time, he didn't care, he just wanted to see him, and comfort him.

But it was Tubbo's free day today, so when the brunette saw the enderman leave, he had to follow. He didn't know why, he just... had the urge to do so.

The enderman knew Tubbo was following him when it came to the portals though, since there was a loud scream like sound that came from it, indicating that someone had gone through, and he recognised the footsteps.

But he still continued toward Tommy's exile space.

'Speed up Tubbo, if you want to come with, might aswell come at the same time' he sighed, standing over at the portal.

Tubbo gasped slightly, but sped up non-the-less

They walked through the portal, leading them to logstedshire.

To be honest?it took a few seconds for Ranboo to recognise the sad man.

While it took Tubbo ages.

Ranboo walked up to the blond man that was sitting down, feet in the water.

He turned around at the sound of footsteps, and when he saw Ranboo, he visibly relaxed, yet tensed again at the sight of the brunette he once saw as a bestfriend.

Ranboo smiled sadly.

'Happy birthday Tommy!'

Tommy's eyes went wide, not expecting anyone to have remembered.

And as did Tubbo's, not expecting to have seen the blonde once again.

The corners of Tommy's mouth twitched slightly, revealing a quick and small smile.

Thanks

He signed.
