"Sean, aside sa data privacy, ano pa ang mga nakita nyong issues sa myFCI?" Tanong ko sa Software QA team.

"Aside sa visible sa url ang username and password ng user or owner ng account,
Real time map url also stays in the browser, cache is not deleted after session". Sean answered.

"Kurt, whos the assigned developer here? Can you help him fixing this?" I asked the development team.

"Trish, Trevor is AWOL for 3 days and we cannot reach him since then. Ill assign this to other resources and will monitor this time to time." Kurt said.

"Kung tutuusin papaano mahack ang account ng user if he is using his own device? Like phone or laptop?" Someone asked.

"There's a chance that the owner of the account used a public wifi in the mall or coffee shop" sabi naman ni Tin.

"Whos the assigned tester on this one?" Tanong ko kina Tin.

"Upon checking, this issue was not part of test coverage on this release, but application browser url checking, it was assigned to Koko." Tin said.

"Ok thanks, Team im not asking the names to blame anyone ok? Im just asking for us resolve this issue faster. We need those resources na mas familiar dito. Tin, we will talk to Koko later. Set a meeting to him. Kurt what is your ETC(estimated time of completion)?" Tanong ko dito.

"At least 5 hours" he said.

"About testing side? What is your ETC?" tanong ko kina Sean.

"At least 3 hours for Post implemetation Testing" sagot naman nila.

"Thank you guys, please keep your lines open.
Its 2:30 in the afternoon, please update me time to time and dont hesitate to contact me if we have urgent issues. Back to work guys". Sabi ko sa mga ito at bumalik na kami lahat sa trabaho.

I was occupied creating Root Cause Analysis report kaya di ko napansin na napakabilis ng oras. It was already 5pm and still very far to complete the fix. I need to talk Rafi regarding to this one asap but i was not able to contact him.

When I tried to contact him again ay may sumagot din sa wakas.

"Goodafternoon, Fortich Car" sagot sa kabilang linya.

"Cath?" Tanong ko dito. Babae kasi ang sumagot at pormal makipag-usap kaya naman i assumed it was his secretary.

"Yes, how can I help you?" she answers.

"Si Trish to, i tried to contact Rafi but he was not answering, alam mo ba kung nasaan sya at kung kelan ko sya pwede makausap?" Tanong ko dito.

"Trish, sunod sunod kasi ang meeting ni Sir Raphael. May mga urgent dicussions kasi with the board." 

"Aside from Rafi, who can I contact about the project in AMZ? Tanong ko dito.

"Si Sir Mike sana, kaya lang magkasama sila ngayon ni Sir Raphael sa mga meetings. Di lang kasi board ang problema, pati pagbagsak ng ng FC sa stock market kanina" sabi nito.

Agad naman akong napakapit sa ulo ko.
Alam ko na ang issue sa myFCI ang possibleng dahilan bat nangyari ang lahat ng ito sa FC.

Naisip ko naman na puntahan nalang si Rafi sa opisina nito at antayin para mapagusapan ang tungkol sa issue.

This is my 2nd time here in FC building at ngayon ay pumunta ako ng wala pa ring appointment. Kaya naman hindi ko alam kung papasukin ba nila ako o baka naman gawin ko na naman yung patakas kong pag-akyat tulad ng dati. Natatawa ako pag reminisce sa kalokohan ko na yun.
