Chapter Forty-Seven

It was late and everyone in the Mercado household was asleep except for Arianna so since she couldn't sleep she walked downstairs. When she made it into the kitchen she poured some bourbon into a cup then turned around and saw the immortals. "What are you doing here," she asked "we came to talk," Iris said "I don't want to talk with you" "you will" "yeah I won't. Now get the hell out of here" "and why should we listen to you" "because we all know I'll kick your asses". Right after she said that Demetrius laughed just before using his mind powers to hurt the female tribrid which made her fall to the ground. As soon as he stopped using his powers she stood back up while he told her that if she doesn't help they'll kill her. "You can't kill me," Arianna said "you want a bet," Demetrius said "the last of the white oak is gone" "is it really though" "what do you mean" "Samantha had some white oak stakes" "you're lying" "maybe I am maybe I'm not". Just before the female tribrid could say anything else Iris pulled out a white stake and tried to stab her. Arianna dodged out of the way then she said "motus" which pushed the two immortals into the living room. When they came back into the kitchen to kill her she was gone so Iris looked out the window and saw her outside. Instead of trying to kill the other Mercados or their friends they both walked outside and chased her. Since she was much faster than them Demetrius had to use his powers to make her stand still. Shortly after he did that they walked over to her and pinned her up against a tree so they could kill her. "You don't have to do this, I'll help you take down the Other Side," Arianna said "we'll find someone else but thanks" Demetrius laughed "wait a minute please. I'll do anything. Don't kill me. Please. Somebody help" "wake up". The moment Demetrius said that Arianna woke up and turned to the side of her bed where she saw Tim. When he noticed she was awake and was a little bit scared he grabbed her arm and tried to comfort her.

That Morning

When everyone finally woke up they got dressed and then went into the living room so they could talk about the immortals. Right after they walked into the living room Jayda ran into the bathroom and threw up then she came back. "How're you feeling," Sean asked "I've been through worse" Jayda answered "maybe you should lie down for a little bit" "I'll be fine" "alright fine but if you feel light headed go take a nap" 'I told you I'm fine" "I know that" "then shut up". Both of them talked for a little while longer while everyone else talked over them and Arianna told her about the dream she had last night. She told them how she thinks it's a sign that the immortals won't stop trying to make her work with them. "I won't let them hurt you," Dylan said "we don't know what they're capable of," Arianna said "and they don't know what we're capable of" "okay that's true but how do we know that. They can read our minds" "who cares about that". As they were talking Arianna heard someone's heartbeat racing so she looked around the room to figure out who was nervous. The moment she looked at Tim his heart started racing faster so she asked him what was going on. Instead of answering, he looked away so she grabbed both of his hands and asked again but he said nothing. Because Arianna would leave Tim alone he looked at her then said he's the reason for her bad dream. He then explained how he did it because he wanted to show her what would happen if she fought back. When he finished explaining everything Arianna left in the library and then Sean talked with Tim. "Why would you do that," he asked "I was just trying to help" Tim sighed "you need to fix this. We need her at her best if we want to stop the immortals" "alright I'll go talk with her. I'm sorry" "say sorry to Arianna". Once they finished talking Tim grabbed all of things before going into the library to talk with the female tribrid. Shortly after he left Raul and Melissa walked inside so they could plan and figure out what to do with the immortals.

Meanwhile back in the library Tim and Arianna were fighting because the female tribrid was upset with the male witch since he tricked her. She told him that he had no right to use his magic on her even if it was to teach her an important lesson. "Okay I'm sorry," he said "you will be sorry," she said "you need to calm down. I made a mistake. Can't you forgive me" "you made me see how I would die. I should get going. I'll see you later" "wait. I'm not done talking" "fine". They both sat down on the couch while Tim told her that a long time ago he heard of the immortals and what they did to an innocent witch. After he said that Arianna looked at him while he explained what the immortals a very long time ago. "Before they became immortal they were friends with a witch," he said "alright" she replied "when other witches started attacking their town they were afraid of losing each other. So they forced a witch to turn them immortal" " I know". Before Arianna could say anything else Tim mentioned how many witches tried to trap them but they all died. He said how he doesn't want to see her die just because her siblings need her to trap the immortals. Once he finished talking and Arianna understood everything she stood up and then started kissing him. When they finished kissing Arianna told him that she doesn't like what he did but she forgives him. Right after she said that she started walking back into the living room to see her siblings and help them. Just before she could even take one step out of the room Tim used his magic and closed the door. "What's wrong now," she asked "how about we stay here in plan with each other" he smiled "I don't know if that's such a good idea. I have to help my family" "alright fine but this is your last chance to get this" "oh shut up and let's go" "fine". As soon as they finished talking Tim opened the door and then they both walked into the living room to talk and plan. Now that they were all together they could finally talk about what they should do with the immortals.
