A YOUNG LAD, around the age of seventeen, was seen sneaking out of their backyard in the middle of the night.
Wearing only a hoodie and some sweatpants, the cold weather wasn't cooperating with the lad's desired heat. Nonetheless, he managed to go to the nearest park - their go-to place where they can talk privately.
There were no nearby benches when he first entered so he went straight to a narra tree. Fortunately, she was already there, sitting in a comfortable position with her wearing a sweater that he gave and some cozy sweatpants.
They talked for hours while waiting for the sun to rise. Whenever it rose, that's when they bid farewell to each other. Today though is a very special day because Chase Harper is asking the girl behind the cash register to go out with him.
While waiting for the perfect moment where the sun reflects a golden pigment, both their heartbeats synced, nervously.
He then asked her with an unintentionally shaking voice...
