Sharlette and I were now both awake.  The room was cold but the sun shone through warming us up just a little.  Trying to act like none of this really got to me was hard.  I didn't want to be the one who always needs help even if it was from Sharlette.

She was shaking so I held her hand.
"How about we get out of this place?"
"Jake i know you're trying to help but i'd rather not go anywhere."
I didn't reply but instead pulled her in closer and with all my concentration we were once again at the top of the Eifel Tower.  She smiled and gently brushed her lips against mine.

The stars shone almost as bright as the full moon and the lights of the city shone in all directions.
"ThankyouJake." She said in almost a whisper.  Sharlette was still very traumatised and scared but she didn't want to talk about it at all.
"you're going to be ok Sharlette , we both are."
"hm...maybe."  The night was so beautiful.  the colours, the moon, the stars and even city lights contributed.  we sat in silence holding eachother.  Sharlette needed sleep desparately but the city was to peaceful to leave.

Sharlette started shaking again and i gave her a reasuring squeeze.
"Look at me Sharlette.  We're going to be ok, you don't have to be scared i'll always be here.  take a deep breath. we're going to be ok."
"She looked at me still shaking and after a little while the shaking subsided.
Sharlette soon fell asleep so now i held her in my arms and once again concentrated on her house.

Sharlette now lay on her bed, she needed rest.  She'd get through this right?
