"You know each other?" Adam asked both confused and shocked as he wrapped an arm around his wife possessively and the other arm caring his little niece, who looked adorably between them.

"Yeah, he designed our house and he's a close family friend" Noor said before looking at Adam again and continued talking.

" He's Hamzas brother, did you know that?" She asked Adam sweetly

"Yeah, I knew he was Hamza brother but I didn't know you knew him"He answered still confused

"Wait you know Hamza,? I'm really confused. " Zehra said looking between all of them with a small chuckle

" Why don't you all sit down in the living room instead of standing near the entrance" Isaac said chuckling a little. He placed his hand on the back of his wife as they walked to the living room.

Zehra served them coffee as they sat down all together, as soon as she sat down next to her husband he placed a hand on her hand out of comfort as he started talking.

"I've worked with Mr.Abraham for almost 8 years. And that's how I know Noor. Noor and Hamza are friends because I used to take him with me to their house sometimes and they are studying in the same university major" He explained easily still holding on to his wife's hand, Noor could easily see the love and admiration held for her, making her smile to herself.

"What a coincident" Zehra said sounding genuinely interested

"I wouldn't really say a coincident" Her husband answered as he wrapped and arm around his wife's waist. Zehra was about to asked what he meant when they were interrupted

"I'm hungwy" came Lilas sweet voice from Adams lap interrupting the conversation.

Isaac instantly fake gasped as he stood up from his place and took her from Adams lap to start ticking her making her giggle

"Is my baby hunger" He asked her, Her giggles was heard throughout the house making both Noor and Zehra giggle with her

"Noor do you wanna help me in the kitchen" Zehra asked as she stood up,

"Yes ofcourse" She answered instantly as they both went to the kitchen,

While Noor started making the salad Zehra did the last few thing.

"I'm so happy I finally got meet you in person" Zehra said excitedly

"Yeh I know me to, even though we have talked a few times through the phone I really wanted to know how you looked like" Noor said

"I'm not what you expected, am I?" Zehra said looking at Noor

"Well I'm not gonna lie to you, no you are nothing like I expected" Noor said before she could stop herself

"Ya Allah! That sounded so bad, Im sorry! You are absolutely beautiful but it's just that you and Adam look nothing alike" as usual Noor rambled when nervous, instead of getting offended or sad Zehra started laughing.

"Don't stress yourself, I'm not mad" Zehra said laughing, hearing her laugh made Noor relax a little.

"I know I don't look like them, and I know what you're wondering. So, yes we are siblings it's just that we don't share the same mum, my mum was from Vietnam" Zehra explained

"Waw, I didn't know that Adams dad was married before, and Adam always referred as his sister nothing more, so I never expected anything"

"Yeh he's an absolute sweetheart and never made me feel anything less. Even though the rest of the family did" Zehra said sounding a little sad

"Who do you mean"Noor asked curious. Before backing up a little, even though she was really curious she didn't want to invent her privacy

"Adams mum"Zehra said simply

"She wasn't nice to you" Noor asked confused, even if she didn't know Adams mum that well but she never expected her to treat someone badly let alone her husbands daughter

"You don't know her well do you"Zehra said making it sound more of a statement rather than a question.

"No not really, I've only met her a couple of times"Noor answered

"We'll I hope it stays that way"Zehra said sarcastically, before carrying the tray of samosas to the dining table.

"Anyway let's go eat before that little monster comes running around" Zehra said on her way out of the kitchen, making Noor chuckle. Even though Zehra and Adam looked nothing like Noor still couldn't deny the similar behaviour they shared.

While the love of both men was in the kitchen distracted Adam couldn't refrain himself from telling Isaac about everything he recently discovered.

"That's as much as I know right now" Adam said as he finished telling Isaac about everything he knew about Noor and her family. Wanting to know how much Isaac knew from this.

"Waw, I didn't expect that" Isaac admitted before continuing

"I knew that he doesn't have the best contact with his family do to money problem and that he didn't want to involve his daughter in any of it. But I had no idea it was that serious" he said seriously

"Well when are you planning on telling her?" Isaac asked after a few seconds of complete silence

"I don't know, that's the problem. I don't know how to tell her" Adam answer quietly

"We'll you need to tell her as soon as possible Adam this is a big deal"

"We'll what do you want me to say, hey darling just so you know your 10 uncles that you didn't know existed was the reason behind the accident that killed your mother and now they think you are dead" Adam had just finished his sentence when they hear it

Shattered glass

That was the only thing that was heard, both Adam and Isaac gaze instantly moved to the second to se a terrified look Noor standing by the door with a broken serving plate and food on the floor.

Adams heart instantly dropped as he saw the sign in front of him. This was not his plan

"They.. they killed my mum" Came Noors broken voice.
