Request : Stefan feels faints and Elena helps him through it

Author's note: This takes place in s1 btw

Elena's pov:
Stefan had been staying distant for some reason. I knew he was a vampire, but I also knew he wasn't like the others. There was so much goodness in him. I saw him walk inside the room. He looked different. Pale, sort of. He had his head down and was staggering a little. He did not seem okay.

Stefan's pov:
I was feeling weird today. My head was spinning in circles. I was feeling dizzy. I just sat down and tried to handle myself. I didn't know what was the reason for this, then I realised it had been ages since I last fed. I saw Elena coming towards me.

Elena's pov :
"Stefan!" He looked at me. He looked tired . "Hey.. Arey you okay u seen" "Yes I'm fine. " He replied. Saint Stefan, as usual. But I let it go for now. We sat down in the class. I was getting kind of worried now.

Stefan's  pov:
I could hear heartbeats. So many heartbeats. All I could think about was blood. I had to leave or else I might hurt someone. My head felt ao heavy. I could hear everyone's pulse and it was driving me crazy. I felt veins around my eyes darkening and couldn't risk anyone seeing me with my vampire face. I could feel Elena's eyes on me.. She was worried for me . I just had to leave. I started getting up but my limbs felt so weak I started stumbling and staggering.

Elena's pov:
I saw Stefan get up and stagger out of the classroom and he seemed so weak, I went after him. I saw the teacher glaring at us but I didn't care. "Stefan?!" "Elena please- I need to get home don't come after me i-" "What's going on with you?" "It's noth-" And I saw him leaning against the wall and trying to calm himself down.. It was definitely not "nothing" . I went closer to him and he started getting away from me "N-no stop-" He started covering his ears and lowered to the ground "Stefan! " I went to him and he started panicking " N-no.. " And he fainted in my arms." Stefan?!  Oh my god Stefan wake up" He was unconscious. I was so scared.. I had to get him home.. I tried taking him to my car but it didn't work.. I had to call Damon, he came and we took him to the car. "What happened? " He asked me, " He was pale and didn't seem okay since morning I don't know wha-" I was spiralling. "Do you know when he last fed? " I had no idea.. So this was because of him not feeding . "No.. We have to get him home soon" Damon nodded and we reached home. He went to the fridge and brought a blood bag. Stefan stirred awake. "Elena..? " "I'm here Stefan.. U just need to feed" Damon handed me the bag and I held it close to his face. He averted his face "you have to feed Stefan! " "N-no I can't it's human" I looked at Damon and he said, "but we ain't got any animal blood lying out here " "I have to go hunt then" Stefan started getting up and failed in doing so. He collapsed on the bed. "No way in hell are you going to hunt! .. Damon.. Please? " "Okay okay" He rolled his eyes and went to hunt. I took Stefan's head in my lap and started running my fingers through his hair. I hated seeing him all weak and vulnerable. "No Elena.. I could hurt you-" He said weakly. "I'm not scared Stefan.. You'd never hurt me.. I know it.. I trust you. " I really did trust him. "He fell asleep in my lap. Damon came back and Stefan woke up . "What took you so long ?" "Hey! Bambi gave me quite the run today" He said in his usual sarcastic way. Stefan started drinking the blood and I could see his paleness fading away and the colour returning to his skin. He was alright now. I smiled at him and checked the time and felt like I should leave. I started going when he held my hand and turned me towards him . "Thanks for today.. " "Anytime " I smiled at him and he returned a smile. He was alright.
