"No matter. When I call for you, come up to the podium and do as I ask," she instructed.

I nodded quickly before students began quickly piling in one by one.

"You all can go sit near the front. It might take awhile for all the students to arrive."

That was all I needed to go darting to the nearest seat and plant myself in it. I could feel my palms getting sweaty as more and more students arrived, knowing all their eyes would soon be on me.

Star plopped down in the chair beside me and I caught Zion eying the seat beside me briefly.

"Zion, do you-" I began to ask before he sat on the other side of Joel, ignoring me.

Star squeezed my hand in comfort, noticing the awkward interaction. Tom sat down beside me and I sensed someone else approaching.

"Jerrrrr!" A girls voice swirled excitedly before running into Jer's arms.

Jeremy grinned from ear to ear before planting a quick kiss on her lips.

"How the tables have turned," I teased, smiling at them both.

"Saron oh my gosh, I heard you were back," Bonnie said, coming over to me. I got up, giving her a quick hug before sitting back down. She pulled up a nearby chair before asking questions.

"I love your hair. Is it true that you can kill someone just by looking at them?"

I laughed, unable to hide my amusement at how ridiculous that sounded.

"What else have people been saying about me?"

"You haven't even heard the half of it," Jeremy said.

"In one of my classes, a girl said that you were kidnapped by a pack of werewolves in your sleep and when you woke up, you knocked them all out just by snapping your fingers," Tom added.

"Do people really believe that?"

Shrugging, Bonnie replied, "Yeah, Liam was super strong with the dark magic and he wasn't a hybrid. So it's not that hard to believe."

"No wonder everyone's so scared of me."

"Students, may I have your attention," Edward yelled into a megaphone loudly. Chatter quickly died down as everyone turned their attention to the center of the auditorium.

"Today, I have a special guest. Some of you may have learned of her in your classes. She's the oldest witch to exist and her name is Oreres. She's one of the last remaining Earth witches in our time."

The students clapped and cheered supportively as Edward backed away from the podium, letting Oreres stepped up.

"Students, it's a pleasure to be here and have the opportunity to speak with you. Today, we have gathered all of you here for a very important reason. As supernaturals, you were all raised likely by your parents or other supernaturals who taught you right from wrong, good from evil. I'm here to show you where it all began. Where it all went wrong. I will not be doing much speaking because you need to see the truth for yourselves. I will be showing you all a memory, a memory of the past. However, since there are so many of you I will need some assistance. Saron, if you would join me."

Chatter once again filled the podium at the mention of my name, some going as far as to throw things in our vicinity as I rose up, flitting over to the podium quickly.

"Children, please settle down," Oreres urged.

It was no use, the conversations grew louder as the students protested. Some were rising from their seats and others were huddled, whispering amongst one another.
