Julia's P.O.V

"So, how did your afternoon with the golden boy go?" Leah asked me on our way to our lockers.

"We were able to finish half of our piece." I smiled.

"I'm not talking about that Jules."

"Then what are you talking about?"

"Did you guys kiss?" she smirked.

"No, hell no. He's not my type." I rolled my eyes.

"Do you even have a type?" she asked me, holding back a laugh.

Do I?

"That's besides the point." I said, feeling a little bit embarrassed.

"You do know that you're gonna have to start dating, right?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I'll date when I feel like dating." I said, taking out my books from my locker.

"Okay sis." she smiled.

"I'm leaving this Sunday." I said to her.

"Where are you going, and when are you coming back?" she asked, seeming a bit disappointed.

"Summer camp, I'll be back in two weeks time."

"What?! Why?" she whined.

"I need the money."

"Really? Your dad is a freaking billionaire, yet you need money?" she asked in confusion.

"I don't like using his blood money." I said truthfully.

Yep, my dad is a murderer.

"But you came to school with the Mercedes CLA 45 that he bought you." she said, which is true.

"It's not like I have a choice. He took my truck."

"You stay in his house."

"My mom kicked me out, remember?" I said in a 'duh' tone.

"Your life's pretty hard." she said, feeling sorry for me.

"I have the worst life ever." I sighed.

"You're still her friend?" Britney scoffed.

"Don't you have anything better to do with your life?" I asked her.

"Don't you dare talk to me like that?" she scoffed again.

"Then stop hovering around us because you're not our minion." I said, pulling Leah by her arm and leaving with her.

"So you finally decided to leave?" Brookes asked me whilst I was packing my bags.

"I'm leaving on Sunday, not today."

"Why don't you just die?" she asked me.
