Today is May 24th, almost 2 months since my husband started working for the Joker... It's been a full 11 days since I've told Garfield about our son, and he has been over for a few hours everyday to spend time with us, even when he has tasks that have to be completed. He's really trying to normalize things for our family... I can't thank him enough for trying so hard for us. Emerson loves having his daddy home, but when Garfield leaves that's when his sadness comes, affecting all of us.

My son never leaves me alone. He's been with me day in and day out... I wouldn't have made it this long if it wasn't for him. I love him so much. Jason hasn't been over as much since my husband has been coming home more often. I snap out of my thoughts as my phone vibrates. "Speak of the devil" I say quietly and with a smirk, to see that Jason has texted me.

Jason: How are you and Hocus Pocus doing?

Me: We're doing fine, Garfield has been coming back every day for a few hours

Jason: That's good

Me: Emerson hasn't put the toys down that you bought him ever since I opened them up

Jason: What! That little traitor! He started playing with the toys that I BOUGHT him... without me?

Me: Haha, you can come over  if you want

Jason: Alright I'll be over in about 30 minutes

     I close my phone and sit it down beside me as I look around for Emerson. He'll probably be back in a little bit when Jason gets here. That's when there's a knock at the door. I stand up from the couch and walk over to the door to see Jason standing behind it. "I thought you said you were going to be here in 30 minutes?" I ask as I cock my eyebrow. "Surprise" he says while he shrugs his shoulders. "Why are you wearing your uniform?" I say as I let him in. "I feel more comfortable in my Red Hood uniform..." he laughs. "You haven't stopped by in a few days... is everything ok?" I ask.

      "Yeah babe everything is great, I just needed some alone time" he huffs. 'Babe?' Something seems off about him. "Is something wrong?" He asks as he steps closer. "No" I lie. "Let's talk " he says as he sits down in a chair.

I slightly cock my eyebrow... and then say "About what?" "Anything you want babe" he replies. Jason never calls me that... "Do you remember the pink necklace you got me for Christmas?" I ask with a clear voice. "I do. Would you like me to get you another one?" He asks. Jason never got me a pink necklace... he knows I hate pink. There's an Imposter Among Us... "Yeah I want another one, I really liked it" I lie as I casually place my hand under my cloak to feel around for the moonstone necklace Jason gave me for Christmas, and I press the button.

     I jump backwards as he slouches down into his chair. "Let's stop the chit chat. You've already figured out that I'm not Red Hood, in other words... Jason Todd" He says in a monotone voice, as he removes his helmet.

    My eyes grow wide as he looks identical to Jason. "Where is he?" I demand as my eyes glow white. "Dead by now" he says as he lets out a sinister laugh. He stands up and darts towards me as my magic levitates 4 chairs in the room, ready to annihilate him. "You'll fall where you stand if you lay a hand on her" I hear a deep voice say as I hear metal shells hit the ground. I let out a silent sigh of relief as I see Jason with my own eyes. "I guess I don't need this anymore" the Imposter says as he snatches off a bracelet, revealing himself...
