Epi No.5 - Love story part 02

Nikitha's pov

I woke up from my sleep. I felt slight dizziness because of the pain killer injection.
I checked myself in the mirror and went downstairs to see my friends.
From the stairs I saw everyone sitting in the living room and chatting about something.
I know they are angry with me, so to lighten the mood I started to sing one of my favourite songs.
Sanjeev came from the kitchen and tried to help me but I refused and tried to walk by myself.

My leg is a little sore but I can walk.

Sanjeev's Pov

I went to the kitchen to fetch some water.

I saw Nikie walking slowly down the stairs.

This girl .. I gritted my teeth in anger ,I told her to take rest but she is roaming around like this.

I said, "Wait, I'll come."

But she refused. I sighed and stood near the stairs.

Author's pov

First Arjun saw her and said "Nick.."

Rahul shouted "Hey, sleeping beauty."

Nikitha glared at him .
Everyone noticed the smile on her face.

She hasn't smiled like this for the past 3 days.

They also started to sing with her.

Rishi's pov

After attending the call I just went near the living room door and heard a female voice singing a song and everyone singing along with her.

'It's one of my favourite songs.'
That female voice seems familiar to me.

I went near the living room and saw a girl standing on the stairs.

I was shocked.

I stood there without moving as if my foot were glued to the floor.

Oh! My beloved, you're my eyes, my tears you're everything to me!
My beloved, you're my joys and sorrows, you're everything to me!
My life and death is in the movement of your eyes!

Nikitha saw Rishi and their eyes meet each other.
She stopped signing and felt the ground shaking under her feet.
She was still standing in the staircase without moving a bit and looking straight into Rishi's eyes. But everyone continued to sing.
Then they noticed the sudden changes in Nikitha's behaviour.

So they turned their heads to see where Nikitha was looking.

They saw Rishi.

Rahul said "Bro, this is our princess Nick."

Nikitha was smiling and singing a few seconds ago but now her face became pale. Blood in her face is completely drained out.
Sanjeev was standing below the stairs.

Rishi said "Baby". His voice was slightly above whisper but enough for everyone to hear.

Rishi's face showed different kinds of emotions.

Everyone was shocked to hear the word, "Baby."

He is looking at Nikitha and saying that word.

Sanjeev saw Nikitha's face and sensed that she was not well so he moved towards her.

Nikitha stumbled a little but Sanjeev was fast . He moved quickly and grabbed her waist. Then only he noticed Nikitha's body was shaking.

Sanjeev asked in a low tone "Nikie ,are you ok?"
