Katie and Maggie

After a restless night of sleep, the girls got up and ran to check the surveillance footage. They had saved out the one from last night showing Katie talking to the Demon. Now they were seeing not only Georgie Porgie but a few others as well. One was off in the trees watching the front door, and another was lurking farther off in the distance.

"What the hell do they want?" asked Maggie in a whisper.

"I wish I knew," said Katie. "But for some reason they think the boys are dead. Maybe what they want is this bunker."

"Well that's not gonna happen," said Maggie defiantly. "We can't let demons take our home while the boys are away. How would we explain that?"

Katie scoffed. "Well you're right, but I think we may need some help with that."

"Like Who?" asked Maggie. "Mom would come but I don't want her out there fighting demons."

"No, neither do I, but she might help with ideas."

"Maybe we could call Garth. I know he's probably just gotten home but…"

"Good idea," said Katie, as she picked up her cell phone and dialed. "Garth, hey?"

"Katie, hi, is something wrong?"

"Well maybe. It seems that demons are watching the bunker, and they seem to think Sam and Dean are dead. We could use some advice."

Katie told Garth as much as they knew so far. Garth said, "Are you crazy? You confronted a demon by yourself?"

"Yes, Garth, I did, and you know what? Not only am I not dead, but I got some really good information. So do you want to play big bad protector or will you just help us?"

"Whoa, whoa, calm down, girl, I just know how Sam would feel if he lost you, that's all, okay?"

Katie took a deep breath. "Yeah I know, Garth, but they aren't here, and we aren't running home to mommy for safety. This is our home, and we are going to protect it whether or not we have help."

"I hear that," said Garth," resolving himself to the fact that he wasn't going to talk them out of doing anything stupid. He quickly pulled up his travel site and made reservations. "I can be there in three to four hours," he said. "Don't do anything until I get there, promise?"

"Yeah, promise." Katie hung up the phone and nodded to Maggie that Garth was coming. She looked at the cameras again, They were recording on a 24 hour loop. She noted down when they would need changed. She didn't want to lose any of this footage.

She sat down on one of the chairs, watching all the screens closely. "Maggie," she said. "Sometimes Georgie is out of site of the other two. Assuming there are no more out there, we may be able to capture him for questioning."

"That's an idea, but how?"

"I don't know, yet, let's think on it."

Sam and Dean

Dean became aware that he was becoming aware of something and had been for some time. Talking, he thought, someone was talking to him. Kind of soothing. What were they saying? "Sammy," he barely whispered through dry lips.

Someone gave him water to drink. "Name's Filgrin," someone said. Dean was trying to process that. He was breathing heavily, every breath shooting pain to his ribs.

"Sammy," he said again.

"That's your name, son, Sammy?" someone asked. Someone soothing. Someone far away. He should come closer. "No," he whispered, "brother."
