Theo’s POV-
I got to Ruth’s apartment and knock on the door.
She answers and says with sweetness, “Theo..I knew you would show up again. I love you so much.” As she says this, she leans in to kiss me.
I kiss her back with minimal hesitation. My mind is racing.
She says, “Theo, I have something to tell you.”
“Yeah?”
She takes a deep breath and says, “I’m pregnant.”
Shai’s POV-
HOW COULD HE DO THIS TO ME?! I thought I loved him and he threw it all away. The Insurgent premiere is next month! How are things going to work out?!
I stumble over to the doorway and lean against the door. I slid down in agony, with tears blurring my vision. I sob for what seems like forever. THEO CHEATED ON ME WHEN WE HAVE TRIPLETS ON THE WAY. HOW COULD HE BE SUCH A JERK?! I hate him with all my guts and I NEVER want to see his face again. Yet the thought of his face makes me want him. I thought that I would never have to deal with this. Yet I was mistaken.
I just need time to think.
