3rd person pov - Manon and James
It's been years since Manon has been kidnapped, she knows the persons she's with aren't her parents. When she asked about her parents throughout the years they would say her parents didn't want her. In the begin she didn't believe it but as time passes she slowly starts to forget how it was before she arrived with them.
For years she has been abused in different ways saying that it was what she deserved. (not going to go too deep here, what happened to her will come later on in the story). On her 15th birthday Justin Schmidt entered her room and said "In a year I will make you mine in every way, but I will give you a preview of what is to come.".
A couple months later she has had enough and tries to stop him, which wasn't a very good idea, almost beaten to death she still manages to escape.
After running is far as she could she collapses, a car stops and sees her and takes Manon with her.
When she wakes up she starts panicking because she thinks she is back in her own hell. Not much later a man, James Bellerose, enters her room and tries to calm her down which is not working. Manon passed out after having a panic attack, James waits in her room for her to wake up and explain where she is.
It's been a couple of weeks after James found Manon and is starting to gain her trust. In order to allow her to trust him he must trust her as well, so he tells her one of the biggest secrets he has, the leader of the french mafia and his dead wife.
After explaining Manon opens up a little bit doesn't go much into detail. And asks James if he could train her in combat, with guns and knives. James happily accepts and starts training her himself, not asking anyone else to do it.
When Manon turns 16 he asks if she would like to be his daughter, Manon screams yes, but that wasn't all he also asks if she wants to take over his mafia when she is 18y/o. Manon doesn't believe her ears and runs too James and gives him a hug for the first time ever.
He didn't legally adopt her, but she took his name and started calling him dad. Went to him when she needed advice, all the things she always wanted to do what a father. He did everything with her that he wanted to do with his child that didn't get to see the world.

It's been a year since her 16th birthday and James she could go out with her friends, Arthur and Misha, for her birthday. They go clubbing and get drunk together, Arthur and Misha don't drink too much so they could keep an eye on Manon.
Towards the end of the evening they exit the club and start going home, Manon bumps in to a car and thinks someone attacks her, she screams "WHOOO DO YOU THINK YOU ARRREEEE HUHHH T-T-TOOO ATTACK ME, TARGETTING DRUNK GIRLLSSSS, I'LL SHOW YOU HOWWW WEAK I-I-AM." And starts beating and stabbing the car.
After that she decides that it is too hot for her and starts taking her clothes of and jumps in the Seine (river) in her underwear. Arthur and Misha try to get her out, but with no luck, in the distant they hear sirens coming their way. They say they will take her guns and knives so they won't catch her with them and start asking questions and after they did that they will wait for her not far from the station to take her home.

3rd person pov - the Ricci's
It's been years since their princess has been missing, everybody changed after that day. Har dad threw himself in work and doesn't talk as much as he did with his children. Her mom became distant from her children even though she loves them very much, it is a little better now since her youngest kid. Her brothers became shells of what they used to be. Cold towards everyone not as close with each other as they used to be. Kenzo is the only one is still joyful in the house trying his best to cheer the others up. Tyler, the youngest was born a couple years after Manon went missing, his older brothers don't really play with him except Kenzo. The others are scared to get close and have the same thing happen to him is their sister.
They have been searching all these years and still don't have any lead. They know the kidnappers must have had help from the inside but they can't find any clue about who it could be.
12 years after she was kidnapped they finally heard something about her (17y/o), they jump on their plane to go to where she is, Paris. Only her dad and older brother went not to overwhelm her. When they arrive at the police station and ask an officer about her, he says that she escaped. He says that she was arrested for destroying property while drunk. Her dad and brother ask to see the footage to see if it was really their daughter, when they recognize her they get tears in their eyes and leave. Calling home to update the rest of the family and to tell them to check all the cameras outside the station.
