Confused || Chapter 24

Karl's POV

I didn't know what to say, I've known Y/N for almost 3 weeks and she just confessed her feelings to me. I think I might like her too, but I'm not sure, this has happening all so quick. She's looking at me, or I guess her camera, waiting for an answer.

"Really?" I ask, making sure it's not a joke.

"Yeah..." She says sounding worried about what I'm gonna say next.

I didn't know what to say so I said, "Well, thanks for letting me know."

Y/N looked confused, "Your welcome...?"

"No problem!"

"Well," Y/N said checking the time on her phone, "I gotta go..."

The conversation was getting awkward so I simply said, "Okay, bye!", and left the call.

Y/N's POV

What just happened? What, the, fuck, just, happened?! That was so weird! I told him how I felt and I expected him to reject me or say he likes me too or something, but instead he said "Thanks for letting me know!" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?! Does he like me, or not? I am more confused than I've ever been before. Lately, when I'm confused, I call a certain friend that makes any situation I'm in more clear and makes me feel safe. Ranboo.

Ranboo: Hello?

Y/N: Hi Ranboo!

Ranboo: You called?

Y/N: Yeah... I need your help with another situation.

Ranboo: Is it bad?

Y/N: No, just kinda confusing. I was hoping you could help me out and, I don't know, make the situation make sense.

Ranboo: Am I a support person now?

Tubbo: *from a distance* YES. YOU ARE NO LONGER A STREAMER. JUST A SUPPORT PERSON.

Y/N: Hah! Is that Tubbo?

Ranboo: Yeah!

Ranboo: *to Tubbo* TUBBO! COME SAY HI TO Y/N!

Tubbo: *to you* HII Y/N!

Y/N: Hey Tubbo!

Tubbo: How you doin?

Y/N: Eh. I'm alright, you?

Tubbo: I'm good! Um, have you seen the new Tom Simons vlog?

Y/N: Yeah... I didn't think he would keep that kissing bit it.

Tubbo: Well I mean, the audience needed to know what Big Q gave as the consequence thing, you know?

Y/N: I think that could have been totally cut out. Like, the viewers would never know there was a consequence.

Tubbo: True, very true.

Ranboo: I mean, editor Larry did kinda blur it out.

Y/N: I know but, now it looks weird.

Tubbo: It does! Finally, someone agrees with me on that!

Ranboo: I think it's fine blurred.

Y/N: Yeah, if it was a smooth blur, not that weird pixle blur!

Ranboo: Hah!

Tubbo: Alright, I'm gonna chill stream in a minute, so I gotta go, but can you guys be a bit more quiet?

Y/N: Yeah sure!

Ranboo: Bye Tubbo!

Y/N: BYE TUBBOOO!

Tubbo: BYE!

Ranboo: okay he's gone. What's the problem?

Y/N: Okay...Well, uh, let's just say I have been talking to Karl for the past 3 weeks...

Ranboo: Mhm..?

Y/N: ..and, he's became a close friend!

Ranboo: Well that's good! Karl's a nice guy!

Y/N: Well..... I kinda like the guy a bit, more than that.

Ranboo: Wait, really?

Y/N: Yeaaaaaaahhhhh.....

Ranboo: Oh, I see the problem... did he reject you?

Y/N: No acutally, he said "Thanks for letting me know!"

Ranboo: ...what?

Y/N: That's what I thought! What does that mean?

Ranboo: I'm not sure, I've never heard that as an answer before. You usually hear "yes" or "no".

Y/N: I know! That's why I'm confused! What is that supposed to mean?!

Ranboo: Well, we're not sure what it means... BUT, maybe he's not sure either.

Y/N: Are you saying he's not sure what "I like you" means?

Ranboo: No, I'm saying maybe he's not sure about how he feels about you. I mean it's only been 3 weeks, right?

Y/N: Yeah..?

Ranboo: Maybe that's to quick for him.

Y/N: Hmm. Didn't think of that.

Ranboo: I'm sure you didn't. That's why you called me.

Y/N: Mhm... do you think he likes me Ranboo?

Ranboo: I mean, I don't know. I've seen a few of your guys streams and he seems to treat you nicely and normally. I mean, that's not a bad thing.

Y/N: True. I'd be fine if he just wants to be friends.

Ranboo: That's good! Maybe he'll say how he feels tomorrow.

Y/N: Yeah... hey, are you busy tomorrow?

Ranboo: No... why..?

Y/N: Well I just realized, you've almost been in england for almost whole month, why haven't we met up yet?

Ranboo: I don't know actually, why haven't we met up?

Y/N: I'm not sure! Wanna meetup tomorrow? I could bring Tommy with me?

Ranboo: Sure! I'll ask Tubbo to come too! That would be cool!

Y/N: Yeah! Where would you wanna meet up?

Ranboo: I don't know, you can choose.

Y/N: We can go to my house, if you want?

Ranboo: Sure! I've actually wanted to see your house, it looks cool.

Y/N: Yeah! Are you available at 3pm?

Ranboo: I think so! I'll check if Tubbo is available, but our schedules are pretty much the same.

Y/N: Alright! I'll tell Tommy and pick him up or something.

Ranboo: Okay! I'll check with Tubbo when he's done streaming, but I guess I'll see you tomorrow! Just text me the address!

Y/N: Yeah! Sending it.... now! It's sent!

Ranboo: Oh yeah, I see it!

Y/N: Great! So I'll see you tomorrow!

Ranboo: See you tomorrow!

Y/N: Wait, Ranboo?

Ranboo: Yeah?

Y/N: Thanks for helping me. With the whole Karl thing.

Ranboo: No problem, just call me whenever you need help okay?

Y/N: Okay.
