FACE was closed for two weeks for Drena and Darius' destination wedding. Drena was relieved that the day was finally approaching. However, they were a week out and everything seemed to be exploding. Last week on April 1, Darius decided to play a prank on Drena and "call the wedding off." Although she had gotten over the initial hurt, they had argued every day since then.

"D!" Darius yelled through his apartment, wondering where his fiance was.

"In the tub!"

Darius groaned. He had something to talk to her about but he wasn't really in the mood to see her in the tub. Now that their wedding was two weeks away, he couldn't think of anything except having sex with her. He thought about seeing how opposed she would be to having sex after they picked up the marriage license next week.

He pushed his bathroom door open and was immediately hit with lavender steam. Drena had her natural hair up in two space buns on top of her head. He could only see down to her shoulders, but the light sheen on her skin from the temperature of the water made him thirsty.

"Hey lover," she smiled. "Everything check out with the caterer?"

He sighed, leaning down to give her a quick kiss before sitting on the counter. "Yeah, but they saying the fruit you want isn't in season there so it may be more to get it."

Drena rolled her eyes. "I'm really not into spending anymore than we already have."

Darius smiled. "Good, because I told them to replace it with something in season."

"Bet," Drena said, closing her eyes. Darius paid attention to the little hum she let out.

"You good? The dress good?"

She slowly smiled. "It's perfect, boo. I cannot wait for you to see it."

"I can't wait to take you out of it," he slipped. Drena smirked before opening one eye to look at him. He licked his lips, causing her to bite hers.

"Don't start before I drag you into this tub."

Darius laughed. "We got our counselling session in 30 minutes," he said, sliding off the counter. Drena nodded.

"I'm just about done."

The couple had decided to do their pre-marital counselling with Darius' childhood pastor from back home in Texas who would also be officiating the wedding. Drena wasn't too fond of the idea, but it was with him and his wife and he loved their style of counselling. They weren't into telling them how to plan for their marriage, but they asked about their goals and ideas and walked them through the thought process. They even gave Drena and Darius some other things to think about that they hadn't; outside of finances, children and religion.

Darius made sure that the internet connection in the home office was good for Skype before fixing tea for him and his lady. When he got back into the office, Drena was dressed in a simple yellow sundress and relaxing in the chair next to his. Darius put the mugs down before placing his hands on her cheeks and kissing her. Before he moved, Drena held him there for one more kiss. They made small talk until it was time for their appointment.
