A young man became the founder a school called Unity Academy which is a rival school to Union. However unlike Union, Unity is full of true heroes with little to no corruption.
An: this will be the starting point of Union losing their territories. Also there gonna be a few new ocs and characters that will be involved in this chapter.

An: I made this company up because I couldn't find what business DD run after his rockstar career.
Bishop (TMNT 2012): Leader of the Earth Protection Force.
An: Also if some of you weren't aware but I accidentally add two version of Vergil from DMC so I decided to fix that by explaining why there are two Vergil. From the chapter 'battle for Academy City' that Vergil is from Alphamon52 stories. And from the chapter 'Unity First Ball final day' that Vergil is from pksp04 stories. So yeah sorry for anyone who notice that.
Sonya Blade (Mortal Kombat): Leader of the Special Forces.

All ten are the many allies of Unity but across from Unity is a few beings who are a bit frightened by the killer aura that Unity headmasters and allies are releasing. These are Union 'allies' that wasn't corrupt.

An: give a shout-out to MisogiTregear. For it was their mentioned and story that I am bringing in Devil Survivor to Unity Academy story.
Luna: "So let me get this straight" she said "you nine along with a few others came here to seek our help to deal with issues that Union won't help with" she said.
Yasaka: "Yes" she said unaffected by the killer aura.
Nezu: "I understand that you need our help but I afraid we can't as it will seem like a declaration of war if we help" he said.
Willow: "Not if the areas weren't under Union protection" she said gaining their attention.
Sean: "care to elaborate?" He ask.
Hinako: "basically the areas under Union protection was not really their to protect but because of a few council members they fake the document" she said.
Monger: "if that is true then Unity and AUD have the rights to help without starting a war" he said.
Tamayo: "yes though I suggest you go to Kouh fast" she said with a worried tone.
Alvis: "is there a problem?" He ask.
Yasaka: start to tear "I received a report from Sona that children are starting to be slaughter by creatures that even her peerage are unable to beat" she said.
Suddenly the entire academy felt a massive killer aura that cause complete fear in everyone but the person responsible is Will.

Will: "... Both myself, Flukey, and ... Bryan Mills (Taken)" he said causing Bishop eyes to widen in shock.
Bishop: "you sure that bringing him back is wise?" He said.
Will: "yes for Bryan Mills is a determined father" he said surprising a few.
Dokku: "may I ask why would you bring a father with you?" He ask.
Will: "let just say" he said standing up "no force from hell will stop us from ridding Kouh of it monsters" he said.
