Chapter 13: Salvation

Tanjiro: "Father, what's the meaning of all this?"

Tanjuro: "Son, i just looked like your father. But he's actually way up there."

Muzan: "He's like me."

Tanjuro: "I'm your memories in the form of your father."

Tanjiro: "What is this? A trap? A bait to lure me?"

Muzan: "No, instead we're here to provide the solutions."

Tanjiro: "How? What solutions? My mental health? My life choice?"

Tanjuro: "Your friends lives."

Tanjiro: "What?"

Muzan: "You can bring them back to life."

Tanjiro: "H-how?! Tell me!!!"

Tanjuro: "You have to give them your blood."

Muzan: "Make them the same as you are right now."

Tanjiro: "Wha- Are you both crazy now?! Isn't there any other way?!"

Muzan: "Wait any longer and your friends are as good as dead."

Tanjiro: "And how do i know they won't go beserk?"

Tanjuro: "You don't. It all goes by chances."

Muzan: "But they will live on that's for sure."

Tanjiro: "But-"

Tanjuro: "There's no time left. Time to rise son."

Muzan: "Finish what you've started."

"Tanjiro!"

"What?! Where?!"

"Tanjiro, you're awake at last. Thank god."

Tanjiro awoken from his sleep. His wounds have healed and sitting besides him are Yushiro crying. Tanjiro shot up from his slumber and look towards his friends still lying on the ground motionless in the red stained snow.

"Yushiro san. I need your help." He said in a panic

"Huh?"

"Help me bring them inside."

"But, they're d-"

"I know!" Tanjiro shouted

"!?!?!?!" Shocked Yushiro

"I know. Just, help me. Please, before its too late."

"......Alright. Lets get to it." He hesitantly said

Both Yushiro and Tanjiro carried the wounded bodies inside the house. They put them inside the treatment room where beds are available for patients. Tanjiro gently lowers all bodies on the beds and took a step back.

"Yushiro san."

"Yes? Tanjiro?"

"Whatever happened, you would still be with me right?"

"What kind of dumb question is that? Of course i would."

"Then, please take a step back."

Tanjiro extended his six tentacles towards each of the six fallen pillars. The end of the tentacles resembles a pointy needles piercing through their arm. In a moment of silence, Tanjiro took a deep breath.
