Chapter 28: The calm after a storm

"Inosuke san. Could you lend me a hand?"

"Are you cooking some tempura Aoi?!"

"I will cook some for you Inosuke san."

"Yay! Thanks Neko!"

"Did you just call her a cat?"

"Oh, Zenitsu san. You're awake. How's Rai san doing?"

"He's sleeping right now."

"Glad you're back buddy."

"Thanks Genya."

All the pillars is in the butterfly estate. It was usually full with injured people but today was an especially calm day and all the pillars came to enjoy it. After the meal was cook, they were set on the table with the help from everyone and they all sat down together.

"Itadakimasu!" Everyone said in unison

"Umai! Umai!" Inosuke shouted

"Eat properly Inosuke." Aoi advised

"You really sound like Rengoku san." Zenitsu said

"Maybe we should visit Senjurou kun before we leave." Nezuko suggested

"I agree. Though i can't believe its been three years since then." Genya said

"I wonder how was Onii chan doing right now?" Nezuko questioned

"Tanjiro, wherever he may be. He's gonna be alright." Kanao said

"Still wearing his haori huh? Well i can't blame you. We all miss him." Zenitsu said

"To Kentaro!" Inosuke raises his glass

"To Tanjiro." Everybody else followed

"Get a well rest tonight. Because tomorrow is a big day, for all of us." Aoi said

"Hai!"

The very next day, they are off to visit a person they all agreed upon to meet. Rengoku Senjurou, the last member of the Rengoku bloodline. He's currently 18 years old and has grown quite a bit. After his father and his only brothers death, he was left alone in the big mansion. With the occasional of people visiting him every so often so he wasn't that lonely.
