"Vavoom!" the Doctor cried out in excitement as he flipped a lever
"Va-what?" Amy asked
"he's had sugar" Morgana explained
"I can't believe I've never thought of this before. It's genius. Right. Landed. Come on." he cried grabbing Morgana's hand and essentially skipping out of the TARDIS
"Where are we?" Amy asked
"Planet One. The oldest planet in the universe. And there's a cliff of pure diamond, and according to legend, on the cliff there's writing. Letters fifty feet high. A message from the dawn of time And no one knows what it says, because no one's ever translated it." He explained happily
"Till today." Morgana beamed
"What happens today?" Amy asked
"Us. The Tardis can translate anything. All we have to do is open the doors and read the very first words in recorded history." He said as they looked up at the message and Morgana burst into laughter seeing that it read 'Hello Sweeties'
"oh, she's good" Morgana grinned
"Vavoom." Amy added as the Doctor got a sullen look, stomping back into the TARDIS
They arrived at the edge of a wood, on a hill
"Right place?" Amy asked
He nodded "Just followed the co-ordinates on the cliff face. Earth. Britain. one oh two am. No, pm. No, AD." Morgana looked down at the Roman camp in interest
"That's a Roman Legion." Amy said in shock
"Well, yeah. The Romans invaded Britain several times during this period." the Doctor said
"Oh, I know. My favourite topic at school. Invasion of the hot Italians. Yeah, I did get marked down for the title." Amy nudged Morgana playfully
"it's a good title but Vikings are better" Morgana argued "got to have that family loyalty"
A soldier ran up to them and saluted "Hail, Caesar! Hail Gunnhild!"
"Hi." The Doctor greeted
"really?" Morgana frowned
"who?" Amy frowned looking at her
"Gunnhild the mother of kings and the Viking witch queen" Morgana explained
"Welcome to Britain. We are honoured by your presence." The soldier said
"Well, you're only human. Arise, Roman person." The Doctor told him
"Why does he think you're Caesar?" Amy asked
"I'm guessing it's the lipstick" Morgana gestured to the smear on his face
"Cleopatra will see you now." He informed them
"Hello, sweeties," River said as they entered the lavish tent with ornate furnishings and servants
"River. Hi." Amy greeted
"You graffitied the oldest cliff face in the universe." The Doctor glared at her
"You wouldn't answer your phone." River retorted
"I answer my phone" Morgana pointed out
River got a cheeky look on her face "it's more fun to graffiti the oldest cliff face in the universe"
"agreed" Morgana nodded as River rose from her chaise lounge and offered them a rolled up painting, her Dearest taking it
"What's this?" he asked as he unravelled it and Morgana took a double take
