chapter 11 - Crazy boss

Collier smiled happily and her heart fluttered a bit when she witnessed how adorable Ashley was as she ate her cake.

"Like the strawberry shortcake, love?" Collier asked.

Ashley nodded as she kept on chewing her cake. Bits of icing lay on Ashley's cheeks.

Collier couldn't help but smile widely that she felt her cheeks tire. She's adorable. Why did that fool of a sister of mine break her heart? Collier shook those thoughts away. You mustn't forget about the past.

"You okay?" Ashley asked, worriedly.

Collier gathered herself and smiled at Ashley, "No I'm fine. Here, have my portion," Collier pushed her plate to Ashley.

Ashley's eyes brightened like the night sky.

Collier couldn't help but pat Ashley's head.

"What are you doing?" Ashley snapped back, avoiding Collier's palm.

"Adorable, Love," Collier winked.

Ashley rolled her eyes. Why was this billion dollar heir to the Villers family this greasy? Ashley almost cringed.

"Oh, don't give me that look. We need to act like lovers before my parents decide they want to meet you," Collier explained.

Ashley just kept eating her cake without answering Collier.

After lunch, Collier drove Ashley back to the company since Ashley had insisted on doing so.

"Let's meet up again for a date, and try to act as if you're in love with me, will you?" Collier asked.

"Sure, I'll work on it. Can you visit me again?" Ashley blurted out. Her palm became sweaty.

"Don't be shy and just admit that you miss me." Collier winked, " In fact, I'll visit your office in a bit."

Collier ordered Uncle Hersh to drive somewhere else before visiting Ashley's office.

Ashley turned her heels away from Collier with her head high as she walked inside the company building. The employees were looking at her with curious eyes. News spread so fast. It seemed that someone had spread news about how Ashley had been abducted by the wealthiest family in the Country of Pines. Many had theorized that Collier might want to fire Ashley while others said that Collier had taken an interest in Ashley.

The whole building was chaotic by the time Ashley got called by the Executive Marketing Officer who dropped by her office.

A grey-haired man with his slick hair combed perfectly in his blue tuxedo sat on Ashley's office chair. He stroked his short grey beard.

"Ashley Kay, where have you been?" He stood up and approached Ashley, his eyes exploring Ashley's whole body.

Ashley gripped her slacks. Fear enveloped her.

"Mr. Kaiser, I'm still at work. Please, I am not comfortable with you here," Ashley mastered up her courage to reject Mr. Kaiser.

Mr. Kaiser smiled. He walked towards Ashley, causing the latter to step back a few times.

"Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you I promise,' Mr. Kaiser said as he grabbed a fist full of Ashley's ass, "Doesn't that feel pleasurable?"

Ashley tried to push Mr. Kaiser away only to be grabbed by the wrist.

"Oh, don't be so stubborn. It was because of me you got your position. Many were against it. Remember the heir rejected you becoming the CEO. I fought for your position." Mr. Kaiser gritted his teeth.

Ashley stood tall. It'll be fine.

Mr. Kaiser lifted Ashley's chin with his greasy hand, "I'll assure you that you will enjoy this."

He leaned closer and closer towards Ashely.

Ashley closed her eyes, trembling. She could feel Mr. Kaiser's boner, which made her step back a bit only to be pulled forward by Mr. Kaiser.

He's so disgusting! To think he even had grandchildren already.

Ashley forced herself to swallow back her vomit. Unable to calm herself, Ashley felt droplets of tears fall from her cheeks.

Just before Mr. Kaiser's lips met hers, the door burst open. The employees were all disgusted at what they had seen. Some began speculating that Ashley might have used to backdoor in order to get her promotion, while others vouched for Ashley and said that Mr. Kaiser was rumored to be a sexual harasser. But, what made all of them surprised was what came out of the person who interrupted the kiss between Mr. Kaiser and Ashley.

"What are you doing to my girlfriend, Kaiser?" Collier said in a cold voice. Her eyes were cold as ice that made Mr. Kaiser's legs tremble.

The employees on the floor were shocked with their eyes wide and mouths open.

"Ms. Villers, you got it wrong-"

"Then I must be blind then?" Collier glared at Mr. Kaiser. Her anger rose when she saw the boner of Mr. Kaiser, "Get that fucking dick away from her!" Collier roared.

Collier pulled Ashley away from Mr. Kaiser with her arm wrapped around Ashley's waist.

It surprised Ashley when Collier gently pecked her lips, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'll fix this. Will you forgive me?" Collier flashed her puppy eyes.

Ashley contained her smirk, "You'll be sleeping on the sofa," she decided to play Collier's game.

Collier turned towards Mr. Kaiser with her eyes filled with anger. She made a short call to someone and then said, "Pack up. You're fired. Wait for the police to arrive."

Mr. Kaiser dropped down to his knees. His entire career is over. No one will ever employ him again.

"From now on, your descendants will never be given management positions in our companies!" Collier roared.

Ashley pinched Collier's arm and whispered, "His descendants should not bear his sins. That's not fair."

It's true. Ashley felt it wasn't fair for them to do that, especially when it was difficult to find jobs. It's not as if Mr. Kaiser's son or daughter harassed her or that they would harass someone else.

Collier looked at Ashley wanting to refute, but seeing how cute Ashley looked despite being furious at her, she decided to follow the wishes of her 'girlfriend'.

"Fine but the criteria will be different," Collier glared at Mr. Kaiser.

Just then the security arrived to detain Mr Kaiser before the police arrived. Everyone still hadn't recovered from what they heard. Ashley Kay is Collier Villers's girlfriend. How lucky! Many were wishing they were in Ashley's shoes.

Collier hugged Ashley's trembling body. How could she let a predator into a high position? Seeing how Ashley was terrified for her life, Collier's heart trembled. I'll protect you from now on.
