Ashley was rather curious about the mansion. She wondered what else was inside this house. She suppressed the urge to ask Auntie Wang to give her a tour.

Ashley sighed. She decided to sit on the soft couch and turned on the gigantic television. She browsed through a site and clicked the "CEO and ME'' series. Jewel, her friend, had recommended her to watch it. When Ashley pressed the sixth episode, she was jolted when she saw how the domineering slammed the female artist under her saying, "I'll please you tonight," with a smirk while the female artist flushed deep red.

A certain silver-haired cornered Ashley with a smirk. Somehow she had imagined Collier in the place of the CEO in the drama she was watching. This caused her ears to blush deep red. Ashley blinked her eyes continuously a few times trying to push away her thoughts.

After the sixth episode, Ashley was so immersed in the drama that she didn't notice Collier calling her.

Fingers pinching her cheeks, startled Ashely. She was so irritated that she turned around ready to complain whoever disturbed her only to see Collier smiling brightly at her.

"What got you so focused that you didn't hear me calling you?" Collier asked.

Ashley huffed and got up from her couch before turning off the television, "Just when I was enjoying the series."

Collier chuckled, "We can watch it later after dinner. Sounds good?"

Ashley nodded and Collier led her towards the dining table.

There Ashley's mouth was almost drooling. The dishes that Collier had prepared looked appetizing and made Ashley's stomach growl.

A chuckle escaped from Collier's lips. How cute. Collier thought.

Ashley rolled her eyes and attempted to punch Collier lightly only to be caught by Collier's hands, "Not today, Ashley," Collier winked.

Ashley bite the insides of her cheeks. She can't believe Collier saw her embarrassing side. No matter how she tried to hide her awkward self underneath her cool and confident act, it seemed to always fall apart when she's near Collier.

Collier placed a bowl of rice in front of Ashley as well as in front of her.

"Come on, let's eat. Don't tell me you are shy?" Collier joked.

Ashley kicked Collier's leg under the table, "Say more and I can't guarantee that my feet won't hit you again."

"Feisty aren't we," Collier chuckled.

Collier placed a slice of sausage on Ashley's bowl of rice, "Here try this," before starting to eat her meal.

Ashley almost moaned when she bit into the sausage. It was smokey, juicy, and spicy; just the way she preferred!

"I'm a great cook aren't I?" Collier bragged with a smile.

"It's so so."

"Says to one who keeps on swallowing all the dishes I made," Collier teased.

Ashley snorted and rolled her eyes, but despite her attitude towards Collier, she felt her heart warming up. She had never felt this feeling before. She had never felt the feeling of wanting to get to know someone deeper each day like she did towards Collier. Swallowing her chewed rice, a smile escaped Ashley's lips.

After dinner, Ashley yawed. It seemed like today was a tiring day. Ashley wanted to sleep but Collier begged her to at least watch a movie with her.

"Please!! Just one. I never had a friend over for a movie night," Collier begged.

Ashley sighed, "I never promised-"
