"Housekeeping...HOUSEKEEPING"

"Fuck.. uh...

"Housekeeping"

"Yeah come in" I slipped some pants on and jumped out of the bed. I didn't do anything yesterday, But the bottles on the floor say differently "I wasn't that drunk or anything"

"Huh?" The housekeeping woman asked

"Nothing.. Here I'll help" I picked up a few bottles and picked up a plate off the table "My mom taught me to clean up my mess. Sorry if I'm interrupting your job"

"It's fine" She waved her hand as she took new towels off her little cart then tossed them to me

"Here's this to" I handed her a rolled up ten dollar bill "For cleaning up, And me interrupting" I smiled "Do you think it's a good day for swimming?"

"Definitely" She chuckled "I was starting to sweat on my way into the building"

"Sounds about right.. Do you have the time?"

"Um... 1:18" She nodded after checking her phone

"Oh I'm gonna tell on you, Checking your phone while on the job" I waved as I walked into the bathroom to changed into shorts "I'm just gonna change and stop bothering you"

"Are you from around here?" She yelled to me

"Sort of.. I'm from LA"

"Oh fancy" She giggled and I stepped out of the bathroom

"Why is that fancy?" I laughed while looking at her sideways

"No reason" She laughed as she changed my bed sheet

"Alright um..

"Katelyn" She held out her hand

"Nice to meet you Katelyn" I shook her hand then jumped back a little playfully "You may continue your job" I picked up a bag than ran down some stairs, pass the lobby and into a gift shop

"Hi" The woman I met yesterday yelled

"Hey.. Did you get..

"Nope" She laughed "They told me they won't be having any of those funny cards until next week"

"Damn" I laughed. I was gonna try to get Leigh a funny card but they apparently are loved. "So?" I hummed looking around the room "I love this dress or whatever. The little flower or rose things make it unique"

"You've got taste" She laughed as she looked at it with me

"Alright.. I should head outside" I stretched a little and almost walked out the door "Looks like someone bought one of those books"

"Yep, Young lady came in here earlier and got one"

"She's gonna hate it" I joked. The book didn't look awful. It was actually probably based off something real

"We'll see later on if she comes back" She waved a hand at me

"Let me know what she says" I yelled as I walked out of the door

I walked through the halls and went the ways they directed me yesterday. I still haven't gotten it down which way is everything but I eventually got to the pool

There wasn't a lot of people out here to my surprise so I just took a seat on one of the lawn chairs a decent distance away

"That must be who bought that book" I chuckled when I seen a woman reading a book as she sat in a chair near the pool talking to someone
