"Good morning to you, the birds are chirping" A voice echoed in my ears, causing me to stir awake "Hey there sleepyhead"

I opened my eyes and they immediately landed on Leigh's so I sighed, rolling over and avoiding her eye contact "Good morning Leigh but I don't think you should be in my bed"

"Where else do you want me to be? You wouldn't answer my texts or calls. I also had to call Jade to pick me up from the airport" She let out a soft giggle as she rubbed my back

"I am sorry about that but I'm sleeping and my phone is on silent"

"I figured that since you do it pretty often" She half laughed then went silent "Look we don't have to talk about anything. I just wanna know if I'm being kicked out because I don't really have a place to stay right now"

I sighed, sitting up, realizing I won't be able to go back to sleep "As I stated before many times Leigh, I could never kick you out. I am kicking you out my room though, just take the room down the hall. Do I need to show you? Yeah I need to show you. Come on" I pushed myself out the bed with a low groan making Leigh laugh

"That's the fastest I've ever seen you get out the bed"

"Yeah well, I tend to hurry out the bed for important things" I shrugged while rubbing my eyes and walking down the hallway

"It's nice to know I'm that important" She laughed a little behind me "I thought school was pretty important to yet you never jumped out that quick"

"Who liked getting up and going to school?" I stopped walking to look at her

"Good point" She chuckled than went quiet. She was thinking. I would've said something but I'm not the right one that could ultimately pull her out of her thoughts right now "So this room.. better or worse?"

"Better actually. Considering I never go in here but to clean. I would check for spiders before you lay down though" I laughed as I opened the door for her and stepped aside, allowing her to go in

"You already put my stuff in here" She walked around, picking up her pillow and looking at the few framed pictures

"I did. Down to the posters and snack box" I pointed at her little box full of snacks in the open closet "That's why I'm pretty tired. After I was done visiting Emily I came back here and figured I'd save you some time, and maybe the both of us some words"

"I see that" She nodded while dragging her finger across the laptop and phone I put on her nightstand "I...

"There's no need to apologize Leigh because there's nothing to forgive" I laughed as I stepped closer, taking her hands in mine "I am sorry that I just looked through your stuff like that and regardless of last night I am still your friend first and foremost and will be for the rest of my days, your my BFF girl. Now give me a hug before I go make breakfast for myself" I held out my arms to her

"For yourself?" She asked as she accepted my hug

"You heard correctly, but i will leave out the stuff so you can make your own"

"How kind" She said sarcastically as she took a few steps back from me

"You know it" I gave her a thumbs up while walking back to the door "Let me know if you need something, also I kept a few things that you won't be getting back"

"What did you keep?" She asked

I playfully ignored her and just walked out the room

"What did you keep Y/n?" She yelled, hurrying to the hallway "Y/n"
